Baiduri Bank hosted 30 students from Sekolah Menengah Rimba for an educational visit at the Bank’s Headquarters on Wednesday.
The visit offered Year 11 students a comprehensive learning experience to broaden their awareness of financial literacy, sustainability, and career opportunities in the banking industry.
Officers from the Bank’s Group Strategic Marketing and Communications department opened the session with a brief introduction to Baiduri Bank – highlighting its milestones, key product offerings, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
This was followed by a financial awareness talk by members of the Bank’s Wealth Management team, who discussed the importance of early financial planning and introduced basic tools to help students develop smart saving habits.
The programme continued with a session by the Talent Acquisition team from the Bank’s Group Human Resources department, offering insights into career opportunities within the banking sector.
The visit concluded with a tour of Baiduri Bank Headquarters, including the Digital Hub where students explored the Bank’s b.Digital platform, and Baiduri Capital, where they were introduced to investment planning and services.
