As part of its commitment to advancing financial literacy and promoting informed investing, Baiduri Capital hosted an interactive demo session for Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) students last week at the university’s Lecture Hall.

The session introduced students to Baiduri Invest, Baiduri Capital’s online trading platform, and a suite of newly launched financial tools, including the Retirement Goal Calculator, Money Personality Quiz and Investment Personality Quiz. These resources are designed to empower users to take charge of their savings and investment decisions with practical insights and access to investment opportunities across different stock markets and asset classes.

Held under the banner of World Investor Week, the initiative reflects Baiduri Capital’s ongoing efforts to support the National Financial Literacy Council (NFLC)’s objectives by fostering financial awareness and equipping the next generation with the tools to make informed financial decisions. The event also aligns with the collaborative framework established under the Memorandum of Understanding between Baiduri Capital and UBD.

The demo session featured a walkthrough of Baiduri Invest’s key functionalities, including real-time market access, portfolio tracking, and research tools. Students also explored the Retirement Goal Calculator, a newly introduced resource that helps users assess their financial health and plan for future goals and tried out the various quizzes to discover their money and investment personalities.

This initiative underscores Baiduri Capital’s dedication to innovation, education, and community engagement—core pillars that continue to shape its approach to financial services in Brunei.
