Baiduri Finance Rewards Customers At “Take The Fast Lane To Greater Rewards” Prize Presentation

Bandar Seri Begawan, 28 February 2020 – As part of their “Take the Fast Lane to Greater Rewards” promotion, Baiduri Finance rewarded their customers at a prize presentation ceremony at the Baiduri Finance Head Office in Sumbangsih Bahagia this afternoon.

Five lucky customers went home with, while three other customers won consolation prizes

Emad Mahdy Sadek Mohamed, Ak Sufian Mohammad Asrina bin Pg Hj Sulaiman, Muhamad Raimi bin Ramli, Sui Boon Lee, Mazlina binti Hj Majid each went home with BND5,000 each as Grand Prizes.

An ecstatic Mazlina said that she couldn’t believe her own luck. “When I was told that I was one of the lucky customers to be in the grand draw, I was already shocked, but to also be one of the Grand Prize winners, I’m just speechless. Alhamdulillah, I’m very happy to have received this blessing.”

Meanwhile, Viddey Azimey Bin Suhaili, Norizani Binti Che Ali and Ak Hj Sidek bin Pg Hj Ibrahim won consolation prizes of BND500 each.

Presenting the prizes to the winners was Nurainun Abdullah, Manager, Sales and Marketing Operations at Baiduri Finance. Speaking on the promotion, she said: "With this promotion we wanted to not only thank our loyal customers for all of their support, but also to show how convenient it is for our customers to make their Hire Purchase payments. The response to the promotion has been encouraging and because of that we hope to have even more exciting promotions this year.”

The “Take the Fast Lane to Greater Rewards” promotion ran from 1 November 2019 and ended on 31 January this year. Customers who paid their Hire Purchase monthly instalments and car insurance renewals via Direct Debit or Recurring Billing using their Baiduri Mastercard Auto Direct Prepaid Card earned a chance to be entered into a Grand Draw.

The Baiduri Mastercard Auto Direct Prepaid Card can be linked to a maximum of four Hire Purchase accounts. Customers can also set up automated payments via Baiduri’s Personal i-Banking service as well as setting up their own spending limit.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
