EXCLUSIVE TRAVEL REWARDS AWAIT BAIDURI CARDHOLDERS AT SABRE BRUNEI TRAVEL FAIR 2025

Baiduri Bank is proud to announce that it is the official banking partner of the Sabre Brunei Travel Fair 2025, held in collaboration with Sabre Travel Network and Royal Brunei Airlines. The event will take place on 13–14 September 2025 at Bridex Hall 1, Jerudong, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.

Exclusive card offers for Baiduri Cardholders
At the fair, new customers who sign up for Baiduri Bank cards can look forward to exciting rewards. Applicants for the Royal Brunei Visa Infinite or Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank or balance transfer will enjoy a four-year annual fee waiver, 5,000 Royal Skies miles and a special limited-edition card design in celebration of Royal Brunei’s 50th Anniversary.

Applicants for the Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card will benefit from a four-year annual fee waiver while applicants for other Baiduri credit and debit cards will also benefit from a three-year annual fee waiver. On top of that, they will also receive complimentary gifts, including a customised lifestyle item by Little Woods and a gourmet snack pack by Heritage Bakwa.

To take advantage of these offers, customers simply need to register their details at the travel fair and complete their applications at any Baiduri Bank branch by 27 September 2025, then collect and activate their card by 31 October 2025.

Spending rewards for Baiduri Cardholders
Baiduri Cardholders can also look forward to a range of exclusive spending rewards at the fair. Royal Brunei Visa Cardholders will earn triple Royal Skies miles when purchasing air tickets or tour packages, with miles capped at 2,000 per customer per day.

Exclusively for Baiduri Cardholders, payments made with any Baiduri card at the fair will earn triple chances in the Sabre Lucky Draw, and they can also enjoy a 5% cash rebate for their purchases at F&B vendors available at the travel fair. All Shoppers at the Sabre Brunei Travel Fair who spend a minimum of BND300 in a single receipt will be entitled to an instant lucky dip.

Beyond cardholder-exclusive benefits, all visitors to the fair can look forward to fun and interactive activities. Random live quiz challenges will take place throughout the event, giving participants the chance to win exciting prizes on the spot, and creating a lively and engaging atmosphere for everyone attending.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
