Baiduri Santai Sahur 2026 wrapped up last weekend, welcoming nearly 11,000 visitors over two nights and bringing together 30 local vendors in a vibrant celebration of community, generosity and togetherness during the month of Ramadhan.
Now in its third edition, the event has grown into a meaningful Ramadhan gathering, offering a space for families, friends and communities to come together in the spirit of sahur. At the same time, it continues to serve as a platform for local businesses to connect with the public while embracing more sustainable practices.
In line with the values of reflection and responsibility during Ramadhan, all participating vendors adhered to a no single-use plastic policy, contributing to a more environmentally conscious event experience. Visitors were also encouraged to bring reusable containers and cups, reinforcing small but impactful habits that align with the spirit of mindful consumption during the month.
In addition and in line with the bank’s digital payment drive, all participating vendors supported Baiduri Tap2Pay, enabling seamless cashless transactions and enhancing convenience for visitors. This was supported by Imagine Sdn Bhd, the official connectivity partner, who ensured reliable network coverage and secure payment processing throughout the event.
The Bank also collaborated with sustainability partners including Shaliz Waste Recycling Sdn Bhd, Biofield Solutions and Kytar to promote responsible waste management practices on-site.
