Notice of Intention to Repossess (Fifth Schedule) is issued when the Hire Purchase instalment has defaulted 2 months and above.

Notice of Intention to Repossess (Fifth Schedule) Fee is a new fee that is charged to the Hire Purchase account upon the issuance of the Notice.

What is a Notice to Hirer (Sixth Schedule)?
Notice to Hirer (Sixth Schedule) is a notification to hirer and guarantor, if any, on the total outstanding and charges of their repossessed Hire Purchase goods and payable upon redemption within 14 days period.
Hirer and guarantor, if any, will lose their rights if they do not act after 14 days of the Notice. -
