    How do I apply?
    Please contact our Merchant Team at 226 8483 / 4 on how to get started.  To apply for our card terminal service, you will need to have a company account with Baiduri Bank.

    Who can I call if we experience payment issues?
    You can call your dedicated relationship officer who will be more than happy to assist. Alternatively, you can contact our Merchant Team at 226 8483 / 4.

    Are we required to keep signed charge slips?
    Yes. It is advisable to keep the signed charge slips for reconciliation purposes.
