    House Rules

    The Enterprise Hub House Rules are meant to maintain an inclusive, safe, and conducive environment for all Enterprise Hub Members. The said House Rules may be changed, amended, or altered from time to time with or without notice by and at the discretion of Baiduri Bank. As a Member of the Enterprise Hub, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the latest version of the Enterprise Hub House Rules which will be available at the Enterprise Hub and on the Enterprise Hub website page.

    Opening Hours:

    Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
    Friday: 9:00am to 12:00pm; 2:00pm to 5:00pm
    Saturday and Sunday: Closed

    Horizon Area

    First come first serve (Limit to 3 persons per company subject to availability).

    Meeting Room

    2 hours a month per Member

    Private Pods

    2 hours a month per Member

    To provide all Enterprise Hub Members an opportunity to use the Enterprise Hub, we are allocating a monthly quota for the use of Meeting Rooms and Private Pods.

    Use of Premises:

    We appreciate closing all doors at all time and keeping all corridors, halls, elevators, and stairways clear and free of obstruction.

    With exceptions for medial or disability reasons, please refrain from bringing any pets or animals into the Enterprise Hub.

    Members are allowed to bring up to 2 guests for meeting room use only and must be accompanied by an existing Member. We recommend for guests to register as Members of the Enterprise Hub if they wish to continue using the space after the initial two-month period.

    Members and Members’ guests are welcomed to use the pantry amenities and are requested to keep the area clean. For stationeries and other facilities, please seek assistance from the Enterprise Hub team members.

    No smoking or vaping is permitted in any areas of the Enterprise Hub at any time.
    Please treat other members with respect. We will not tolerate any harassment, threats, violent or abusive behaviour towards any other person at the Enterprise Hub.

    The restricted areas within the Enterprise Hub are limited only to Baiduri Bank staff members.
    If you, your company representatives or your guests damage or remove any items from the Enterprise Hub, you will be liable for the cost of such items.

    Cleanliness and Hygiene:

    Please keep all common areas neat and clean at all times.

    Food with strong scented are discouraged to ensure the comfort of other members. The Enterprise Hub team reserves the right for the food to be re-packaged and disposed if deemed necessary.


    Please ensure that your representatives and guests abide by the House Rules.

    Please refrain from utilising the space for soliciting, manufacturing and storage of merchandise, unless with written prior approval from authorised members of Baiduri Bank.

    Horizon Co-working Space:

    To give everyone a chance to use the space at the Enterprise Hub, please occupy only one desk per person.

    Once you are done, please leave the Horizon neat and clean, free of any stains or marks, return any used cups and cutlery and dispose of any rubbish.

    Please do not remove someone else’s property.

19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. For assistance, contact us at [email protected] or call 2268 637/8/9 during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
