  • What can I do with the Baiduri Webform?
    With our webforms, you can apply for the following products on your PC or mobile device from home or while you are waiting in line at the branch:

    1. Individual Accounts
    2. Joint Accounts
    3. Credit Cards
    4. Loan Applications

  • What kind of information does the webform require from me?
    You'll need to provide information like your personal details, contact information, employment details and other relevant details for the specific product you're applying for.
  • Do I need to prepare any documents for my application?
    After submitting your application through the webform, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will have a link to a list of documents required to support your application. If you didn't receive the confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder.
  • Who can apply through the webform?
    The webform is accessible to both new and existing customers of Baiduri Bank.

    In line with the Bank’s requirements, you need to be a resident of Brunei Darussalam. A resident is defined as a citizen, a permanent resident, or a working resident of Brunei Darussalam. A 'working resident' means an individual who holds a valid work, dependent, or student pass issued by the Brunei authorities.

    Furthermore, you must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Do I need a login access to use the webform?
    No, there's no need to sign in or have any account with us to use the webform.

    Simply scan the QR code available at our branches or access the following link: https://form.baiduri.com.bn/
  • How long does it typically take to complete the webform?
    It should take about 10 minutes. However, it might take a bit longer if you are applying for a joint account.
  • What happens after I submit a webform?
    Once you submit the webform, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive the email, please remember to check both your inbox and junk mail folder.

    If you are submitting from home, you should hear from us within 3 working days. Your selected branch will call you to set up an appointment to complete the application.

    If you are submitting at the branch, you will need to provide the reference number to the sales representative attending to you.

  • Will I need to visit the branch in order to complete my application?
    Yes, you will need to visit the branch with all your required documents, and you will also be required to provide your signature on all required application forms.
  • Can I edit my application after submitting the webform?
    You can inform the sales representative to edit the information you have submitted during your branch appointment. It is important to always double-check that all the information entered is correct before submitting the webform in the future.
  • Is my information provided in the webform secure and protected?
    Yes, your online security and data privacy is our priority. We have implemented strong measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access. Our webform uses advanced encryption technology to ensure that the information you provide remains confidential and secure.
  • What do I need to access the webform?
    You will need a compatible internet browser. The following browsers are recommended:

    - Chrome 13.0 and above
    - Mozilla Firefox 3.6 and above
    - Safari 5.0 and above
    - Internet Explorer 9 and above

    We recommend that you keep your browser up-to-date to ensure optimal compatibility and performance while using the webform.
  • What should I do if I run into a problem or a technical glitch while completing the webform?
    If you come across a problem or experience any technical issues while filling out the webform, we suggest the following actions:

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
