Can I still use my existing passbook after 1 September 2025? How can I check my account information?
No. Starting 1 September 2025, passbooks will no longer be updated. You can conveniently access your account information through the following channels:
- Baiduri b.Digital Personal (web and mobile app) – for access to account balances and transaction history (up to 6 months).
- eStatement via email – monthly statements delivered to your registered email at no charge.
- ATM – for quick access to account balances (requires a Baiduri Debit Card).
- Physical statements – available upon request at any Baiduri Bank branch. While fees may apply as per our General Tariffs, these fees will be waived until 31 October 2025 to support you during this transition.
To ensure uninterrupted access to your account, please make sure your contact details (including mobile number and email) are up-to-date with the Bank. -
What if I don’t have digital access or a debit card?
If you’re not yet registered for Baiduri b.Digital Personal or don’t have a Baiduri Debit Card, please visit your nearest Baiduri Bank branch. Our staff will be happy to help you get started so you can continue to access your account securely after passbook services are discontinued.
-
Will my past transaction history be lost after the discontinuation?
No. The discontinuation of passbook services will not affect your account transaction history. All past transactions will continue to be available through our existing channels.
-
I find it difficult to access my eStatements. What can I do?
We understand that some customers may prefer non-digital ways of accessing their account information. While we encourage the use of our Baiduri b.Digital mobile app for viewing transactions and eStatements, our branch staff are available to guide you through the setup process and answer any questions.
If you do not use Baiduri b.Digital Personal or do not have an email address, please visit any Baiduri Bank branch to explore alternative arrangements for receiving your monthly statements. Fees for printed statement retrieval may be waived on a case-by-case basis where a valid reason is provided, subject to approval. -
