- Brunei Citizen / Brunei Permanent Resident / Foreigner3
- Aged 21 years to 70 years1 & 2 of age (by the end of loan tenor).
- Full-time employees with a fixed salary, having completed the probation period with their current employer
- Minimum Monthly Net salary of BND1,500 / BND2,0003
- For joint borrowing, combined monthly net income must not be less than BND2,500 / BND4,0003
1 Applicant must be not more than 60 years of age at the end of the loan repayment period for SPK scheme.
2 Civil servants who are serving early retirement and receiving monthly pensions up to the max age of 70 at the end of the loan repayment period.

- Assignment of salary or business/rental income is required.
- All Lending rates are quoted at Effective Interest Rate regardless of method of computation used.
- Effective Interest Rate is pegged to the Bank’s Prime Lending Rate. Any change in Prime Lending Rate will result in a change in the applicable interest rate.
- All financing facilities are subject to approval by Baiduri Bank and drawdown of approved facilities are subject to completion of securing documentations executed by conveyancing lawyer
- Baiduri Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend, terminate or vary these terms and conditions.
- The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the financing facility. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the facility shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
