Mastercard Travel Rewards terms & conditions
1. Term

1.1 The Mastercard Travel Rewards with Baiduri Bank Programme (the “Programme”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and Mastercard Incorporated (“Mastercard”), and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

1.2 Participation in this Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Programme Period

2.1 This Programme is valid from 15 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank at its discretion (the “Programme Period”).

3. Eligibility

3.1 This Programme is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (“Eligible Cards”). Such customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

Credit Cards
• Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
• Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card

Debit Cards
• Baiduri Prestige Mastercard World Debit Card
• Baiduri Smart Mastercard Platinum Debit Card

4. Programme

4.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to offers and promotions available through the Mastercard Travel Rewards.

4.2 Eligible Cardholders who participate in this Programme are subject to the Mastercard Travel Rewards Cardholder Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use. For more information, please refer to Mastercard’s official website.

5. General

5.1 This Programme is subject to the Bank’s prevailing terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

5.2 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, vary, or terminate this Programme, or these Terms, for valid reasons, with reasonable notice.

5.3 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Programme shall be final and conclusive.

5.4 By participating in this Programme, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by Baiduri Bank for purposes relating to this Programme, in accordance with the Group Privacy Notice available at www.baiduri.com.

5.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

5.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:

User’s full name
User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
User’s mobile number
User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. For assistance, contact us at [email protected] or call 2268 637/8/9 during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation.
