    1. Term

    1.1 Spin your way to a full trolley (the “Offer”) is jointly organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and First Emporium Supermarket & Branch (the “Merchant”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes full and conditional acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Offer Period

    2.1 This Offer is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 (the “Offer Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Offer is applicable at the outlets listed below (the “Participating Outlets”):

    • First Emporium Supermarket & Branch, Batu Satu
    • First Emporium & Supermarket, Madang

    3.2 The Offer is open to both new and existing customers of the Bank who hold the following Baiduri Bank Credit or Debit Cards (“Eligible Cards”). These customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

    • Baiduri Mastercard Prestige World Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Executive Mastercard Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Debit Card
    • Baiduri UnionPay Debit Card
    • Baiduri Supa Save Visa Debit Card

    3.3 The Eligible Card account must be in good standing as determined by the Bank. If the Eligible Card is suspended, cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer (not withstanding that other cards they hold may not have been suspended, cancelled or terminated).

    3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are only eligible to participate in the Digital Spin and Win Offer.

    3.5 Employees of First Emporium Group are not eligible to participate in any of the Offers.

    4. Offers

    4.1 Digital Spin and Win

    4.1.1 Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to one (1) spin when they spend at least BND68 in a single transaction at the Participating Outlets.

    4.1.2 Eligible Cardholders are limited to one (1) spin per day during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of eligible cards held.

    4.1.3 Eligible Cardholders can win instant prizes comprising First Emporium Points worth BND5 or BND10 or household items while stocks last.

    4.1.4 Splitting and/or combining of bills is not allowed.

    4.1.5 This Offer is only valid on Saturday and Sunday, as follows:

    7 and 8 February 2026
    14 and 15 February 2026
    21 and 22 February 2026

    14 and 15 March 2026

    4.2 Supermarket Shopping Spree

    4.2.1 This Offer is valid daily during the Offer Period.

    4.2.2 Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to one (1) chance in the lucky draw for minimum purchase of BND68 in a single transaction.

    4.2.3 Fifteen (15) winners (the “Winners”) will be selected for each of the following Qualifying Period to win a shopping spree worth BND200.

    4.2.4 No lucky draw forms are required; chances are automatically given to Eligible Cardholders.

    4.2.5 Draws will be conducted electronically on the dates above or such other dates as determined by the Bank.

    4.2.6 Winners will be contacted via their registered phone number(s) within two (2) weeks after each draw to attend the shopping spree.

    4.2.7 If the Winners are unable to attend in person, the authorised representative must present the original duly signed authorisation letter from the Winner, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card on the day of the shopping spree.

    4.2.8 The Bank may draw reserve winners to replace disqualified or ineligible winners.

    4.2.9 Winners who have been drawn in a previous draw will not be eligible for subsequent draws.

    4.2.10 By participating in the Offer, customers consent to the public disclosure of their names for promotional purposes, including winner announcements, in accordance with Clause 5.4 below.

    5. General

    5.1 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions related to the products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    5.2 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Offer, or vary any of the Terms.

    5.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Offer. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.

    5.4 By participating in this Offer, customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Offer and such other third parties including prize partners, service providers and vendors for the purpose of administering the Offer and prize fulfilment, including (where applicable) the public disclosure of their names on the Bank’s official social media platforms. Such use and disclosure shall be in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Customers confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the Group Privacy Policy can be found at www.baiduri.com.

    5.5 In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms and any promotional materials related to this Offer, the Terms shall prevail.

    5.6 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
