1. Term1.1 Arrowtech Sports Pop-Up Sale 2026 (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the "Bank") and Arrowtech Sports (the "Merchant") and is subject to these terms and conditions (the "Terms").
1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Offer Period
2.1 The Offer is valid from 28 April 2026 to 3 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Merchant at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 This Offer is only applicable at the Arrowtech Sports Pop-Up Sale 2026, Sports Hub, Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium (the “Event Venue”).
3.2 This Offer is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (“Eligible Cards”). Such customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

3.3 To remain eligible throughout the Offer Period, the Eligible Card must be valid, active, and in good standing, as determined by the Bank. Cards that are cancelled, suspended or terminated during the Offer Period will not qualify.
4. Offer
4.1 Eligible Cardholders will enjoy an additional 5% off the total purchase amount, after Merchant offers have been applied, for purchases made at the Event Venue during the Offer Period.
4.2 Full payment must be charged on a single receipt to an Eligible Card for the Offer to apply.
5. General
5.1 This Offer is subject to the Bank’s prevailing terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.
5.2 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Offer, or vary any of these Terms, for valid reasons.
5.3 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Offer shall be final and conclusive.
5.4 By participating in the Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Offer, in accordance with the Bank’s prevailing Privacy Notice. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Bank’s prevailing Privacy Notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. www.baiduri.com. 5.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.
5.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
