    A season of rewards with Baiduri Deals Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1. Term

    1.1 “A season of rewards with Baiduri Deals” (the “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1 This Promotion is valid from 1 March 2026 to 30 April 2026, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank at its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Promotion is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (“Eligible Cards”). Such customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

    3.2 To remain eligible throughout the Promotion Period, the Eligible Card must be valid, active, and in good standing, as determined by the Bank. Cards that are cancelled, suspended, or terminated during the Promotion Period will not qualify.

    3.3 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad, and any
    participating merchant in this Promotion (“Participating Merchant”) are not eligible for this Promotion.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 For every cumulative spend of BND50 at Participating Merchants using an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholders will earn one (1) lucky draw entry.

    6. Monthly Draw

    6.1 A total of twenty (20) winners (“Winners”) will be selected across two (2) monthly draws.

    6.2 Ten (10) Winners will be selected from each of the following Qualifying Period:

    6.3 The draws will be conducted using an electronic system on such dates above or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion without prior notice.

    6.4 Winners of the monthly draws will receive one of the following prizes:

    6.5 Winners will be contacted via their registered phone number(s) to attend the prize presentation event.

    6.6 If a Winner is unable to collect their prize in person, an authorised representative may collect the prize on their behalf by presenting:
    1. an original authorisation letter signed by the Winner;
    2. a copy of the Winner’s identity card, signed and dated by the Winner; and
    3. the representative’s original identity card.

    6.7 The Bank may select reserve winners to replace any Winner who is disqualified, uncontactable, or unable to claim the prize.

    6.8 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other prizes . They may be used to redeem goods or services subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Participating Merchant.

    7. General

    7.1 This Promotion is governed by the Bank’s and Participating Merchant’s terms and conditions on the related products and services and any other applicable documents.

    7.2 Any dispute in relation to the Participating Merchant’s goods and services are to be directed solely to the respective Participating Merchant.

    7.3 The Bank and Participating Merchants reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or vary any of these Terms at any time and without prior notice.

    The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive.
     
    7.4 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Promotion, including Winner selection and public announcement of Winners, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the policy is available at www.baiduri.com.

    7.5 In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and any promotional materials related to this Promotion, the Terms shall prevail.

    7.6 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. For assistance, contact us at [email protected] or call 2268 637/8/9 during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
