    Double the miles, double the smiles Terms and Conditions

    1. Terms

    1.1 “Double the miles, double the smiles” (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Offer Period

    2.1 This Offer is valid from 24 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Offer is open to customers of the Bank holding the following cards (the “Eligible Cards”) (“Eligible RB Visa Cardholders”):
     
    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank

    3.2 To qualify, the Eligible Card must remain valid, active, and in good standing throughout the Offer Period. Cards that are cancelled, suspended, or terminated will not be eligible.

    3.3 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad, and Royal Brunei Airlines Sendirian Berhad (“Royal Brunei”) are eligible to participate in this Offer, subject to these Terms.


    4. Offer Mechanics

    4.1 This Offer applies to qualifying purchases made with an Eligible Card for transactions with Royal Brunei via its official website (www.flyRB.com) or mobile application during the Offer Period.

    4.2 Eligible RB Visa Cardholders will earn Royal Skies Miles (“RSM”) at two times (2x) the standard earn rate applicable to the Eligible Card, with no minimum spend requirement.

    4.3 The total RSM earned for each qualifying transaction comprises:

    • Base miles earned at the Eligible Card’s standard earn rate; and
    • Bonus miles equal to the base miles earned (resulting in a total of 2x the standard earn rate).

    4.4 Bonus miles are capped at 2,000 RSM per qualifying transaction during the Offer Period. There is no limit to the number of qualifying transactions during the Offer Period.

    4.6 To receive bonus miles, Eligible RB Visa Cardholders must have a Royal Skies membership account with Royal Brunei. Eligible RB Visa Cardholders without a Royal Skies membership account must register for one before bonus miles can be credited.

    4.7 Bonus miles earned (including from supplementary card spending) will be credited to the principal cardholder’s Royal Skies membership account.

    4.8 Base miles and bonus miles will be credited separately.

    4.9 RSM will be credited within one (1) month after the end of the Offer Period, subject to the Royal Skies Programme terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and available at www.flyRB.com.

    5. General

    5.1 This Offer is subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions related to the products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

    5.2 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, vary, or terminate the Offer or any of these Terms at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

    5.3 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Offer shall be final and conclusive.

    5.4 By participating in this Offer, Eligible RB Visa Cardholders consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Offer, including verification of eligibility and recordkeeping, in accordance with the Group Privacy Notice. Eligible RB Visa Cardholders confirm that they have read and agreed to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the Group Privacy Notice is available at www.baiduri.com.

    5.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising and promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

    5.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
