What is the Overseas Spend Rewards Program for cardholders of Royal Brunei Visa Cardholders by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad?The Overseas Spend Rewards Program for cardholders of Royal Brunei Visa Cards by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (“Baiduri Bank”) is a program provided by DragonPass that offers a complimentary airport lounge visit to eligible Credit and Debit cardholders via the Airport Companion mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Program”).
To use the service, cardholders must successfully register for this Program via the Airport Companion mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Mobile App”) and accept the associated terms and conditions. The link and QR Code for downloading the Mobile App and a guide on using the Mobile App is available on www.baiduri.com.
2. Who is eligible for this Program?This Program is accessible to all cardholders who meet the following requirements:
- Holds a Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank or Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank or Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank;
- Successfully registered and created a user account in the Mobile App;
- Successfully registered for the Overseas Spend Rewards campaign in the Mobile App;
- Achieved a minimum overseas spend of USD2,000 within a calendar month at cross-border Point-of-Sale transactions.
3. Do I need to pay for this Program?No, this is a complimentary program offered by Baiduri Bank as a travel benefit to cardholders of Royal Brunei Visa Cards by Baiduri Bank.
4. What is the validity period of this Program?This Program will start from 21 October 2024 to 30 September 2025 (“Offer Period”).
5. How many lounge visits can I redeem for this Program?Cardholders who achieve a minimum overseas spend of USD2,000 within a calendar month at cross-border Point-of-Sale transactions can redeem one (1) complimentary lounge visit and up to a maximum of three (3) complimentary lounge visits in a calendar month.
6. When can I register and redeem the lounge visit?You can register and redeem lounge visits at any time during the Offer Period.
7. When and how will I receive the rewarded lounge visit for this Program?Once you meet the qualifying spend conditions, you will receive a notification in the Mobile App. To redeem your reward, you will need to add the rewarded lounge visit to your account during the calendar month of eligible spend.
8. What is the validity date for my rewarded lounge visit?The expiry date of the earned lounge visits follows your DragonPass membership expiry date.
9. Where and how can I use my rewarded lounge visit?You will be able to access any of the lounges under the DragonPass Lounge Service network. You will need to show the digital membership card located in the Mobile App to the front desk at the lounge.
10. Can unused lounge visits be refunded?The lounge visit is provided to you on a non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis.
11. Can I bring an accompanying guest with me?Yes, if there are sufficient lounge visits in your membership. If not, you can top-up by purchasing additional lounge visits at USD32 per visit in the Mobile App for your guest.
12. Where can I search for the list of lounge locations in the airports?You can search for the list of lounge locations available in the Mobile App under the Lounge search function.
13. Why am I denied access to a lounge?You might be denied access to a lounge, even with a valid lounge visit if any of the following happens:
- The lounge is closed or already at full capacity. In this case, please approach alternative lounge(s) if available.
- The lounge is not within the list of eligible lounge locations accessible by the rewarded lounge visit. In this case, please approach alternative lounge(s) if available.
