How it works




Step 1

  • Click on the Overseas Spend Reward homepage banner on the mobile application.
  • Click on Click to register.





Step 2

1. Click Check & Redeem.
  
2. Fill in 16-digit card number for validation of overseas spend.

3. Receive a lounge visit
  • A lounge visit will be added to your account when the eligible spend is met; and when you have checked and redeemed the free visit.
  • A notification will appear on the home screen. Please ensure you enable notifications for the mobile application in your mobile phone settings.
 
4. Access lounge
  • Present your digital membership card to lounge staff for access. You can also purchase additional lounge visits in the app for your guests.

    “DragonPass Overseas Spend Rewards Program” Terms and Conditions (“this Offer”):

    1. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    2. Offer Period
    2.1 This Offer is valid from 21 October 2024 to 30 September 2025, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    3. Eligibility
    3.1 This Offer is applicable only through the Overseas Spend Rewards program on the Airport Companion mobile application available on Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

    3.2 This Offer is open to all new and existing Bank customers holding selected Baiduri Bank Visa Credit and Debit Cards as follows (each an “Eligible Cardholder”, collectively “Eligible Cardholders”):

    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank

    3.3 The card account must be valid, in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner at all times, as determined by the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion. If the card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the cardholder for any reason, the cardholder will be disqualified from this Offer (notwithstanding that the cardholder’s other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).

    3.4 This Offer is applicable to Eligible Cardholders who meet the following requirements:

    • Successfully registered and created a user account in the Airport Companion mobile application;
    • Successfully registered for the Overseas Spend Rewards campaign in the Airport Companion mobile application;
    • Achieved a minimum overseas spend of USD2,000 within a calendar month at cross-border Point-of-Sale transactions.

    4. Offer Mechanics
    4.1 Eligible Cardholders can redeem one (1) complimentary lounge visit and up to a maximum of three (3) complimentary lounge visits in a calendar month.

    4.2 Complimentary lounge visits can be redeemed at lounges within the DragonPass Lounge Service network on a first-come, first-served basis.

    4.3 Expiry date for complimentary lounge visits will follow Eligible Cardholders’ membership expiry date.

    4.4 Eligible Cardholders are allowed to bring additional guests, provided they have sufficient visits available in their account.

    4.5 Complimentary lounge visits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

    5. General
    5.1 This Offer is governed by and subject to DragonPass, Visa and the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other applicable documents.

    5.2 DragonPass, Visa and the Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Offer or vary any of the Terms of this Offer.

    5.3 DragonPass, Visa and the Bank reserve the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion on all matters arising out of or in connection with this Offer. DragonPass and Visa’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

    The Overseas Spend Rewards Program for cardholders of Royal Brunei Visa Cards by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (“Baiduri Bank”) is a program provided by DragonPass that offers a complimentary airport lounge visit to eligible Credit and Debit cardholders via the Airport Companion mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Program”).

    To use the service, cardholders must successfully register for this Program via the Airport Companion mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Mobile App”) and accept the associated terms and conditions. The link and QR Code for downloading the Mobile App and a guide on using the Mobile App is available on www.baiduri.com.

    2. Who is eligible for this Program?
    This Program is accessible to all cardholders who meet the following requirements:
    • Holds a Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank or Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank or Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank;
    • Successfully registered and created a user account in the Mobile App;
    • Successfully registered for the Overseas Spend Rewards campaign in the Mobile App;
    • Achieved a minimum overseas spend of USD2,000 within a calendar month at cross-border Point-of-Sale transactions.

    3. Do I need to pay for this Program?
    No, this is a complimentary program offered by Baiduri Bank as a travel benefit to cardholders of Royal Brunei Visa Cards by Baiduri Bank.

    4. What is the validity period of this Program?
    This Program will start from 21 October 2024 to 30 September 2025 (“Offer Period”).

    5. How many lounge visits can I redeem for this Program?
    Cardholders who achieve a minimum overseas spend of USD2,000 within a calendar month at cross-border Point-of-Sale transactions can redeem one (1) complimentary lounge visit and up to a maximum of three (3) complimentary lounge visits in a calendar month.

    6. When can I register and redeem the lounge visit?
    You can register and redeem lounge visits at any time during the Offer Period.

    7. When and how will I receive the rewarded lounge visit for this Program?
    Once you meet the qualifying spend conditions, you will receive a notification in the Mobile App. To redeem your reward, you will need to add the rewarded lounge visit to your account during the calendar month of eligible spend.

    8. What is the validity date for my rewarded lounge visit?
    The expiry date of the earned lounge visits follows your DragonPass membership expiry date.

    9. Where and how can I use my rewarded lounge visit?
    You will be able to access any of the lounges under the DragonPass Lounge Service network. You will need to show the digital membership card located in the Mobile App to the front desk at the lounge.
     
    10. Can unused lounge visits be refunded?
    The lounge visit is provided to you on a non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis.

    11. Can I bring an accompanying guest with me?
    Yes, if there are sufficient lounge visits in your membership. If not, you can top-up by purchasing additional lounge visits at USD32 per visit in the Mobile App for your guest.

    12. Where can I search for the list of lounge locations in the airports?
    You can search for the list of lounge locations available in the Mobile App under the Lounge search function.

    13. Why am I denied access to a lounge?
    You might be denied access to a lounge, even with a valid lounge visit if any of the following happens:
    • The lounge is closed or already at full capacity. In this case, please approach alternative lounge(s) if available.
    • The lounge is not within the list of eligible lounge locations accessible by the rewarded lounge visit. In this case, please approach alternative lounge(s) if available.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:

  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox.
