Baiduri Bank Cards offer Terms and Conditions1. Term1.1 “Baiduri Bank Cards offer” (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
1.2 By participating in this Offer, you are deemed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Offer Period2.1 The Offer is valid from 14 August 2025 to 16 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank at its absolute discretion (the “Offer Period”).
2.2 The Offer is available exclusively at TechXpo 2025, Main Conference Hall, International Convention Centre, Berakas (the “Event Venue”) during the Offer Period.
3. Eligibility3.1 The Offer is open to new and existing Bank customers who hold an Eligible Card (“Eligible Cardholders”):

4. Offer Mechanics4.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to a 5% discount when they spend with an Eligible Card at the following participating merchants at the Event Venue:
- Fiorise – minimum spend of BND20 in a single receipt required.
- Heritage Bakwa – no minimum spend required.
4.2 The 5% discount will be applied instantly at the time of purchase when payment is made using an Eligible Card at the participating merchant’s terminal.
4.3 The Offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges.
5. General5.1 The Offer is governed by the Bank’s standard terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.
5.2 The Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Offer or vary its Terms.
5.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Offer. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Offer shall be final and binding.
5.4 In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and any promotional materials related to the Offer, the Terms shall prevail.
5.5 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
