Maximise Your Rewards for Every Journey Campaign Terms and Conditions1. Terms1.1 The “Maximise Your Rewards for Every Journey Campaign” (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
1.2 Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Offer Period2.1 The Offer is valid from 12 September 2026 to 13 September 2026 (both dates inclusive), or such other period as may be determined by the Bank (the “Offer Period”).
3. Eligibility3.1 The Offer will be held at the Sabre Brunei Travel Fair 2026, Bridex Hall 1, Jerudong, from 9:00am to 9:00pm during the Offer Period (the “Event Venue”).
3.2 The Offer is open to customers who hold any of the following cards (the “Eligible Cards”):

Customers holding any of the Eligible Cards are referred to as "Eligible Cardholders".
3.3 To participate in the Offer, the Eligible Card must remain valid, active and in good standing throughout the Offer Period. Cards that are cancelled, suspended, or terminated will not be eligible.
3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are only eligible to participate in the Triple Miles Offer, Spin and Win, Cash Rebate Offer and Sabre Lucky Draw and are not eligible for the Sign-Up Offer or QR Quest Challenge.
4. Offer Mechanics 4.1 Sign-Up Offer 4.1.1 Customers who register their interest at the Event Venue during the Offer Period and apply for and are approved for any of the following Eligible Cards shall be entitled to:
(i) Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
- Four (4) years annual fee waiver; and
- One (1) Samsonite Spinner 25” luggage,
upon spending a minimum of BND1,000 within sixty (60) days from card activation.
(ii) Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
- Four (4) years annual fee waiver; and
- One (1) Samsonite backpack,
upon spending a minimum of BND800 within sixty (60) days from card activation.
(iii) Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank
- Four (4) years annual fee waiver
(iv) Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card and Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card
- Four (4) years annual fee waiver; and
- One (1) exclusive Mastercard tumbler on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
4.1.2 This Offer is only open to customers who have not held and have not cancelled any Baiduri Credit or Debit Card within the six (6) months immediately preceding the Offer Period.
4.1.3 This Offer applies to both principal cardholders and up to four (4) supplementary cardholders under the same application. Standalone supplementary card applications are not eligible.
4.1.4 Eligible applicants must complete their card application at any Baiduri Bank branch by 4 October 2026.
4.1.5 Approved applicants must collect and activate their Eligible Card by 2 December 2026 to qualify for this Offer.
4.1.6 Gifts are subject to availability and while stocks last. The Bank reserves the right to substitute any gift with another item of similar value without prior notice.
4.2 Triple Miles Offer4.2.1 This Offer is available only to Eligible Cardholders who use any of the following cards at the Event Venue during the Offer Period (the "Eligible Royal Brunei Visa Cards"):
- Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
- Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
- Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank
4.2.2 Eligible Cardholders who make purchases using an Eligible Royal Brunei Visa Card at the Event Venue will earn Triple Royal Skies Miles on eligible transactions.
Triple Royal Skies Miles shall be calculated as follows:
- Base Miles: Royal Skies Miles ordinarily earned on a qualifying transaction; and
- Bonus Miles: Additional Royal Skies Miles equal to two (2) times the Base Miles earned.
Accordingly, the Eligible Cardholder will receive a total of three (3) times the usual Royal Skies Miles earned on the transaction.
4.2.3 Bonus Miles are capped at 2,000 Royal Skies Miles per Eligible Cardholder per day during the Offer Period.
4.2.4 There is no minimum spend requirement for this Offer.
4.2.5 Eligible Cardholders must be members of the Royal Skies Programme to earn Royal Skies Miles.
4.2.6 Royal Skies Miles earned from supplementary card spending will be credited to the principal cardholder’s Royal Skies account.
4.2.7 Bonus Miles will be credited within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of the Offer Period.
4.2.8 Royal Skies Miles are subject to the terms and conditions of the Royal Skies Programme. Details are available at www.flyRB.com.
4.3 Spin and Win 4.3.1 Eligible Cardholders who meet the applicable minimum spend requirement in a single transaction at the Event Venue during the Offer Period shall be entitled to one (1) spin per day, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions made.
4.3.2 The minimum spend requirement is:
(i) BND500 for purchases made using an Eligible Royal Brunei Visa Card; and
(ii) BND700 for purchases made using any other Eligible Card.
4.3.3 Transactions may not be split or combined to satisfy the minimum spend requirement. For example, two (2) purchases of BND250 cannot be combined to qualify for this Offer.
4.3.4 To participate, Eligible Cardholders must present their Eligible Card, identification document, and original purchase receipt, for verification by the Bank during the Offer Period.
4.3.5 Prizes awarded through the Spin and Win activity are subject to availability and while stocks last.
4.4 Cash Rebate Offer4.4.1 Eligible Cardholders who spend at participating merchants at the Event Venue during the Offer Period will receive a 5% cash rebate, subject to these Terms.
4.4.2 Participating merchants include:
- Afia Auliya Enterprise
- Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf
- Chik Chik
- Fiorise Artisan Patisserie & Cafe
4.4.3 Each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to a maximum cash rebate of BND10 per day, across all participating merchants, regardless of the number of Eligible Cards used.
4.4.4 Cash rebates earned will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s card account within three (3) weeks from the transaction date.
4.4.5 Transactions made using supplementary cards will be credited to the principal card account.
4.4.6 This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, rebate, voucher, offer or privilege, unless stated otherwise.
4.4.7 Any dispute relating to goods and services provided by a participating merchant shall be resolved directly between the customer and the relevant merchant.
4.5 QR Quest challenge4.5.1 This challenge is open to all individuals present at the Event Venue during the Offer Period (“Participants”).
4.5.2 Participants must answer questions and collect QR stamps on a digital passport by scanning QR codes located throughout the Event Venue.
4.5.3 Upon completing all questions, Participants must visit the Bank’s booth to verify completion and collect their final QR stamps.
4.5.4 Participants who do not answer all questions correctly will receive a consolation prize.
4.5.5 Participants who answer all questions correctly will receive one (1) special token and ten (10) additional entries into the QR Quest lucky draw.
4.5.6 The lucky draw will be conducted within five (5) days after the end of the Offer Period, or on such other date as may be determined by the Bank.
4.5.7 There shall be one (1) winner who will receive one (1) Samsonite Spinner 25” luggage and a one (1) Vee blind box.
4.5.8 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided during the participation. The lucky draw prize must be collected by the winner or by an authorised representative producing a signed authorisation letter and original identification document, with the date and venue to be confirmed later.
4.6 Sabre Lucky Draw 4.6.1 Eligible Cardholders who spend using any Eligible Card at the Event Venue during the Offer Period shall be entitled to three (3) entries per eligible transaction into the Sabre Lucky Draw.
4.6.2 Participation in the Sabre Lucky Draw is subject to the applicable terms and conditions imposed by Sabre Travel Network Brunei.
5. General 5.1 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s applicable product terms and conditions and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.
5.2 By participating in this Offer, Eligible Cardholders and Participants acknowledge that their personal data may be collected, used and disclosed by the Bank for purposes relating to the administration of the Offer, including verification of eligibility, fulfilment of prizes and record keeping, in accordance with the Bank's Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended from time to time. A copy of the Group Privacy Notice is available at www.baiduri.com.
5.3 The Bank makes no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any gift, merchandise, reward, benefit or promotional item provided under this Offer. Any dispute or claim relating to such gift, merchandise, reward, benefit or promotional item shall be raised directly with the relevant supplier, provider or manufacturer. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from or in connection with the use, redemption or enjoyment of such gift, merchandise, reward, benefit or promotional item.
5.4 The Bank reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the Offer or any of these Terms at any time for valid reasons with reasonable notice.
5.5 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.
5.6 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials relating to this Offer, these Terms shall prevail.
5.7 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
