1.1 The ultimate tech flex (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2.1 This Offer is valid from 14 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).
3.1 This Offer is valid only at the following Incomm outlets (“Participating Outlets”):

3.2 This Offer is open to customers who hold any of the following cards (the “Eligible Cards”). Such customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders” (each an “Eligible Cardholder”, collectively “Eligible Cardholders”).

3.3 To remain eligible in this Offer, the Eligible Card must remain valid, active, and in good standing throughout the Offer Period. Cards that are cancelled, suspended, or terminated will not be eligible.
3.4 To qualify for this Offer, payment must be made using an Eligible Card at Participating Outlets via a Baiduri point-of-sale (“POS”) terminal.
4. Offer Mechanics 4.1 This Offer is only applicable to purchases of any devices from the Samsung Galaxy Z Series.
4.2 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to receive the following:
• BND150 cash rebate; and
• Samsung Galaxy Buds Core
4.3 This Offer is limited to the first fifty (50) Eligible Cardholders, and shall be offered on a first come, first-served basis.
4.4 Eligible Cardholders will also enjoy full processing fee waiver when they convert their credit card purchases into 6- or 12- monthly instalments on Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan during the Offer Period.
4.5 Conversion of credit card purchases are subject to the Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.baiduri.com.
4.6 The cash rebate earned will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s card account within four (4) weeks after the Offer Period.
4.7 The Samsung Galaxy Buds Core will be presented to Eligible Cardholder upon successful purchase.
4.8 This Offer is capped at one redemption per Eligible Cardholder throughout the Offer Period regardless of the number of Eligible Cards used.
4.9 This Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges.
5. General
5.1 This Offer is subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions related to the products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.
5.2 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, vary, or terminate this Offer or any of these Terms at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
5.3 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.
5.4 By participating in this Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Offer, including but not limited to verification of eligibility, prize fulfilment and recordkeeping, in accordance with the Group Privacy Notice. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the Group Privacy Notice is available on the Bank’s website at www.baiduri.com.
5.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising and promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.
5.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
