    Every travel has a new story Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1. Term

    1.1 “Every travel has a new story” (this “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1 This Promotion is valid from 13 September 2025 to 14 September 2025 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank at its discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    2.2 This Promotion will be held at the Sabre Brunei Travel Fair 2025, Bridex Hall 1, Jerudong from 9:00am to 9:00pm (the “Event Venue”) daily during the Promotion Period.

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Promotion is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who are principal or supplementary cardholders of an Eligible Card (as defined below). These customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”:

    a. New Eligible Cardholders: Individuals who apply for a Baiduri Credit or Debit Card at the Event Venue, and whose application is approved by the Bank by 27 September 2025.

    b. Existing Eligible Cardholders: Individuals who are already principal or supplementary cardholders of a Baiduri Credit or Debit Card during the Promotion Period.

    3.2 “Eligible Card” refers to any Baiduri Credit or Debit Card that qualifies for participation in this Promotion.

    3.3 The card account must be in good standing as determined by the Bank. If the card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the cardholder will be disqualified from this Promotion (notwithstanding that other cards they hold may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).

    3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad shall only be eligible for the Triple Miles Offer, Digital Spin-The-Wheel, Cash Rebate Offer, and Sabre Lucky Draw under this Promotion.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 New Credit and Debit Card Sign-Up Offer

    4.1.1 This offer is open to customers who have not previously held or cancelled any Baiduri Credit or Debit Card within the past six (6) months.

    4.1.2 Eligible applicants will be entitled to the following offers:

    (a) Exclusive Limited Edition Card Design

    Successful applicants for Royal Brunei Visa Credit or Debit Cards by Baiduri Bank will be entitled to receive an exclusive limited edition card issued in celebration of Royal Brunei’s 50th Anniversary.

    Refer to the following scenarios for clarification:

    Scenario

    Eligibility

    A principal cardholder applies for a supplementary card.

    The supplementary cardholder is not eligible for the limited edition design.

    A customer holds a Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card and applies for a Royal Brunei Visa Infinite or Platinum Credit Card.

    Eligible only if they have not held any Baiduri Credit Card in the past six (6) months.

    A customer holds a Royal Brunei Visa Infinite or Platinum Credit Card and wishes to apply for a Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card.

    Eligible only if they have not held any Baiduri Debit Card in the past six (6) months.

    A customer holds a Baiduri Visa Classic Debit Card and applies for a Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card.

    Not eligible for the limited edition design.

    A customer holds a Baiduri Smart Executive Visa Platinum Credit Card and applies for a Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card.

    Not eligible for the limited edition design.


    (b) Other Sign-Up Benefits

    (i) For Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card and Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card applicants (including new applications and balance transfers):

    • 4-year annual fee waiver
    • 5,000 Royal Skies miles
    • Complimentary gifts, including a customised lifestyle item from Little Woods and a gourmet snack pack from Heritage Bakwa

    (ii) For Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card applicants:

    • 4-year annual fee waiver
    • Complimentary gifts, including a customised lifestyle item from Little Woods and a gourmet snack pack from Heritage Bakwa

    (iii) For other Baiduri Credit or Debit Card applicants:

    • 3-year annual fee waiver
    • Complimentary gifts, including a customised lifestyle item from Little Woods and a gourmet snack pack from Heritage Bakwa

    4.1.3 This offer applies to both principal and up to four (4) supplementary cardholders in the same application. Standalone supplementary card applications are not eligible.

    4.1.4 Balance transfers approved during the Promotion Period will enjoy an interest rate of one per cent (1%) per annum for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the balance transfer is approved. After this period, any remaining balance will revert to the standard interest rate.

    4.1.5 Cancellation of any Eligible Card within six (6) months of issuance will result in forfeiture of the offer and a charge of the annual fee.

    4.1.6 Eligible Cardholders must collect and activate their Eligible Card by 31 October 2025 to qualify for this offer.

    4.1.7 Eligible Cardholders must be members of the Royal Skies Programme to earn Royal Skies miles.

    4.1.8 Royal Skies miles earned will be reflected in the monthly Eligible Card statement within one (1) month following card collection and activation. Once credited to the Royal Skies membership account, these miles are governed by the terms and conditions of the Royal Skies Programme. Details on redemption and use can be found at www.flyRB.com.

    5. Triple Miles Offer

    5.1 This offer is only applicable to Eligible Cardholders who use any of the following cards (“Eligible Royal Brunei Visa Cardholders”) at the Event Venue via point-of-sale (“POS”):
     
    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank

    5.2 Eligible Royal Brunei Visa Cardholders will earn triple Royal Skies miles (“Total Miles Earned”) for purchases made at the Event Venue using the cards listed in Clause 5.1. Triple Royal Skies miles are calculated as follows:

    • Base Miles: the miles normally earned on the transaction; plus
    • Bonus Miles: an additional amount equal to two times the Base Miles.

    This means the Cardholder will receive a total of three times the usual miles.

    5.3 Bonus Miles are capped at 2,000 Royal Skies miles per Eligible Royal Brunei Visa Cardholder per day during the Promotion Period.

    5.4 Eligible Royal Brunei Visa Cardholders must be members of the Royal Skies Programme to earn Royal Skies miles.

    5.5 Royal Skies miles earned from supplementary card spending will be credited to the principal cardholder’s Royal Skies account.

    5.6 Royal Skies miles will be credited to the Eligible Royal Brunei Visa Cardholder’s Royal Skies account within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of the Promotion Period.

    5.7 Royal Skies miles are subject to the terms and conditions of the Royal Skies Programme. Details on redemption and use can be found at www.flyRB.com.

    6. Digital Spin-The-Wheel

    6.1 Eligible Cardholders who spend a minimum of BND300 in a single receipt using an Eligible Card at the Event Venue during the Promotion Period will be entitled to one (1) spin per day, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions made.

    6.2 Transactions may not be split or combined across multiple receipts to meet the minimum spend requirement. For example, two (2) purchases of BND150 cannot be combined to qualify for this offer.

    6.3 To participate in the Digital Spin-The-Wheel, Eligible Cardholders must present their proof of identification, Eligible Card, and receipt of purchase to the Bank for verification during the Promotion Period.

    6.4 Prizes awarded through the Digital Spin-The-Wheel are subject to stock availability.

    7. Live Quiz Challenge

    7.1 This offer is applicable to individuals present at the Event Venue during the Promotion Period who are randomly selected to participate in answering a set of questions (“Participants”).

    7.2 Participants who correctly answer the set of questions will be entitled to redeem a prize (“Winners”).

    7.3 By participating in this Live Quiz Challenge, Winners consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by the Bank and third-party service providers solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy available at www.baiduri.com.

    8. Cash Rebate Offer

    8.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to a 5% cash rebate at Participating Merchants at the Event Venue during the Promotion Period.

    8.2 Participating Merchants include:
     
    • Chik Chik Restaurant
    • Coffee by 7T1
    • Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf
    • Geo Eats
    • Sift Patisserie
    • Qahwa by At-Taqwa

    8.3 Each Eligible Cardholder will be entitled to one (1) cash rebate per day, across all merchants, which is capped at BND10, irrespective of the number of Eligible Cards used.

    8.4 Any cash rebate earned will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s card account within three (3) weeks from the transaction date.

    8.5 This offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges.

    8.6 Any dispute in relation to the Participating Merchant’s goods and services are to be directed solely to the respective Participating Merchant.

    9. Sabre Lucky Draw

    9.1 Eligible Cardholders who spend using an Eligible Card at the Event Venue during the Promotion Period will be entitled to three (3) chances to enter into the Sabre Lucky Draw.

    9.2 This offer is subject to the relevant terms and conditions set by Sabre Travel Network Brunei.

    10. General

    10.1 This Promotion is governed by the terms and conditions of the Bank, its affiliates, service providers, and any third parties involved in organising or managing this Promotion, as well as any other applicable documents.

    10.2 The Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend this Promotion or vary the Terms, at their sole discretion without prior notice.

    10.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding.

    10.4 By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Bank, its affiliates, service providers, and any third parties involved in organising or managing this Promotion, for purposes related to this Promotion, in accordance with the Bank’s Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agreed to be bound by the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time. A copy of the policy is available at www.baiduri.com

    10.5 In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and any promotional materials related to this Promotion, the Terms shall prevail.

    10.6 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
