    Cuti-Cuti Malaysia with Straits Central Agencies Terms and Conditions

    1. Term


    1.1 “Cuti-Cuti Malaysia with Straits Central Agencies” (the “Promotion”) is jointly organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and Straits Central Agencies (“SCA”), and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1 The Promotion is valid from 1 September 2025 to 30 November 2025 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank and SCA at their absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 The Promotion is only applicable at SCA, Setia Kenangan 2, Kiulap, and merchants in Malaysia with physical point-of-sale (POS) terminals that accept Baiduri Bank card payments (the “Participating Merchants”).

    3.2 The Promotion is open to both new and existing customers of the Bank who hold the following Baiduri Bank Credit or Debit Cards (“Eligible Cards”). These customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

    3.3 The Eligible Card account must be in good standing as determined by the Bank. If the Eligible Card is suspended, cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the cardholder will be disqualified from the Promotion (not withstanding that other cards they hold may not have been suspended, cancelled or terminated).

    3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad, and the Participating Merchants are not eligible for the Promotion.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to one (1) entry into the lucky draw (the “Draw”) when they spend at least BND20 (or its equivalent in MYR) in a single receipt at POS terminals in Malaysia (“Eligible Transaction”).

    4.2 Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to three (3) entries into the Draw when they spend at least BND20 (or its equivalent in MYR) in a single receipt at SCA, Setia Kenangan 2, Kiulap (“Eligible Transaction”).

    4.3 No registration or lucky draw forms are required. Entries are automatically recorded for each Eligible Transaction when the transaction is successfully posted to the Eligible Card account.

    4.4 Entries earned from Supplementary Cards will be accumulated under the Principal Cardholder’s account.

    4.5 Transactions cannot be combined or split for the purpose of qualifying as an Eligible Transaction.

    5. Lucky Draw Prizes

    5.1 Winners will be selected via a random computerised draw to receive the following prizes:

    5.2 For prizes that include Royal Skies miles, winners must have a valid Royal Skies membership account to receive the miles. The award and use of Royal Skies miles are subject to Royal Brunei’s terms and conditions. The Bank will share the winner’s name, Royal Skies membership number, and other necessary details with Royal Brunei solely to facilitate miles crediting.

    5.3 The Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any disqualified winners.

    5.4 Winners will be contacted via the phone number registered with the Bank. Prizes must be collected in person at a prize presentation event on a date to be confirmed, or by an authorised representative with a signed letter of authorisation and original identity card.
    5.5 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, credit or other items, and are non-refundable and non-replaceable.

    5.6 The Bank and SCA make no representation or warranty regarding the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of any prizes under the Promotion. Any disputes relating to the quality, condition, or performance of such prizes, goods, or services must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.

    5.7 By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, photographs and other relevant details for publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion, without further payment or compensation.

    6. General

    6.1 The Promotion is also subject to the Bank’s and SCA’s terms and conditions relating to the relevant products and any other applicable documents.

    6.2 The Bank and SCA reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion or vary the Terms, at their sole discretion without prior notice.

    6.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.

    6.4 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by the Bank and third-party service providers solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion, which may require the transfer of personal data outside Brunei Darussalam, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy available at www.baiduri.com.

    6.5 In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and any promotional materials related to the Promotion, the Terms shall prevail.

    6.6 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
