Celebrating With Our Amber Hills Neighbours (the “Offer”) Terms and Conditions:
1. Term
1.1 Celebrating With Our Amber Hills Neighbours (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
1.2 Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of the Terms.
2. Offer Period
2.1 The Offer is valid from 10 June 2026 to 9 July 2026 , both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 This Offer is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following Baiduri Credit and Debit cards (the “Eligible Cards”) during the Offer Period;

Customers holding any of the Eligible Cards are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.
3.2 To remain eligible throughout the Offer Period, the Eligible Card must be valid, active, and in good standing, as determined by the Bank. Eligible Cards that are cancelled, suspended, or terminated during the Offer Period will not be eligible.
4. Offer Mechanics
4.1 Eligible Cardholder are entitled to a 5% cash rebate, capped at BND20, with a minimum accumulated spending of BND30 across participating merchants during the Offer Period.
4.2 Each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to one (1) cash rebate during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of Eligible Cards used.
4.3 For the avoidance of doubt, transactions made using both principal and supplementary cards are combined and treated as one cardholder for rebate calculation purposes.
4.4 Payments must be successfully processed through a Baiduri Bank payment terminal for the Offer to apply.
4.5 This Offer is valid only for transactions made at the following participating merchant outlets located at Amber Hills:
- Hua Ho Department Store, Amber Hills
- KOI Thé Café. Amber Hills
- Burger King, Amber Hills
- CityHair Studio, Amber Hills
- NineNine Mobile Service Sdn Bhd , Amber Hills
- Luminia Skincare & Spa, Amber Hills
- ToyBox , Amber Hills
- MyeongDong Toppoki, Amber Hills
- The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf , Amber Hills
- Potato Story, Amber Hills
4.6 The Offer is limited to the first 500 Eligible Cardholders who fulfil all eligibility and Offer requirements.
4.7 Any cash rebate earned will be credited to the Eligible Cardholders' card account within three (3) weeks after the Offer period.
4.8 The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges.
5. General
5.1 This Offer is subject to the Bank’s prevailing terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.
5.2 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, vary, or terminate this Offer, or these Terms, for valid reasons, with reasonable notice.
5.3 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Offer shall be final and conclusive.
5.4 By participating in this Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by the Bank for purposes relating to this Offer , in accordance with the Group Privacy Notice available at
www.baiduri.com.
5.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.
5.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
