    Share a feast of fortune Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1. Term
    1.1 “Share a feast of fortune” (the “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participating in this Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period
    2.1 This Promotion is valid on 16 February 2026 and 3 March 2026 only or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility
    3.1 This Promotion is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (“Eligible Cards”). These customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders” (each an “Eligible Cardholder”, collectively “Eligible Cardholders”).

    3.2 To remain eligible throughout the Promotion Period, the Eligible Card must be valid, active, and in good standing, as determined by the Bank. Cards that are cancelled, suspended or terminated during the Promotion Period will not qualify.

    3.3 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are eligible for this Promotion.

    3.4 For the purpose of this Promotion, the list of participating merchants (each a “Participating Merchant”, collectively “Participating Merchants”) is as follows:

    4. Promotion Mechanics
    4.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to a cash rebate on any amount spent (no minimum spending required) for dine-in or takeaway at Participating Merchants during the Promotion Period, subject to the Participating Merchant’s terms and conditions and business hours.

    4.2 Cash rebate values are as follows:

    4.3 Each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to only one (1) cash rebate per day, with a maximum rebate of BND88, irrespective of the number of Eligible Cards used at Participating Merchants.

    4.4 The cash rebate will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s card account within four (4) weeks from the transaction date.

    4.5 Cash rebates earned from spending on Supplementary Cards will be reflected under the Principal Card accounts.

    4.6 For this Promotion to apply, payments must be made through a Baiduri Bank payment terminal or Baiduri Bank issued QR code via Baiduri Qpay.

    4.7 Any enquiries about the cash rebate must be made within sixty (60) calendar days from the transaction date.

    4.8 This Promotion is not valid with other on-going promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges.

    5. General
    5.1 This Promotion is governed by the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    5.2 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate the Promotion or vary any of the Terms of this Promotion.

    5.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

    5.3 By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Cardholders’ consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Promotion and such other third parties including prize partners, service providers and vendors for the purpose of administering the Promotion and prize fulfilment, including (where applicable) the public disclosure of their names on the Bank’s official social media platforms. Such use and disclosure shall be in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time.     5.4 In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms and any promotional materials related to this Promotion, the Terms shall prevail.

    5.5 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

    5.4 Lucky draw chances earned from spending on Supplementary Credit Cards will be reflected under the Principal Card accounts.

    5.5The draw will be conducted using an electronic system on such date as the Bank may determine at its discretion.

    5.6 The Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner who is subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified.

    5.7 Winners will be contacted via their registered mobile and phone number(s) within one (1) week after the Draw Date to attend the prize presentation event.

    5.8 Where a winner is unable to attend in person, an authorised representative may collect the prize upon presentation of an original signed authorisation letter, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card.

    5.9 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, services, products or privileges, in whole or in part, and are not refundable or replaceable.

    5.10 The Bank reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.

    5.11 The Bank shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the redemption or use of any prize.


    6 General
    6.1 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions and other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

    6.2 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Offer, or vary any of these Terms, at any time and without prior notice.


    6.3 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Offer shall be final and conclusive.

    6.4 By participating in the Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Offer, including winner selection and public announcement of winners, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time.     6.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials related to this Offer, these Terms shall prevail.

    6.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
