    Terms and Conditions
    Spend more, win more promotion terms and conditions

    1. Terms

    1.1 The Spend more, win more promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and Mastercard, and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period


    2.1 This Promotion is valid from 13 February 2026 to 13 August 2026, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Promotion is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (“Eligible Cards”):

    • Baiduri Prestige Mastercard World Debit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Mastercard Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card

    Each customer who holds and uses an Eligible Card in accordance with these Terms is referred to as an “Eligible Cardholder”.

    3.2 To remain eligible throughout the Promotion Period, the Eligible Card must be valid, active, and in good standing, as determined by the Bank. Cards that are cancelled, suspended or terminated during the Promotion Period will not qualify.

    3.3 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 The following transactions are eligible for this offer:
    • Local spending: Any transaction made with an Eligible Card via a point-of-sale terminal or QR within Brunei.
    • Online spending: Any e-commerce transaction made with an Eligible Card that is not made via a point-of-sale terminal.
    • Overseas spending: Any transaction made with an Eligible Card outside Brunei via a point-of-sale terminal.

    5. Spend and Get Offer

    5.1 Eligible Cardholders who meet the monthly spend requirement during the Promotion Period will receive Shopee Malaysia vouchers, subject to availability, as follows:

    5.2 Each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to one (1) voucher per month only.

    5.3 Vouchers will be issued by Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd within forty-five (45) days after the end of each qualifying month as follows:

    5.4 Eligible Cardholders will be notified via their registered phone number with instructions on how to redeem the voucher.

    5.5 Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit. The Bank may substitute the voucher with a reward of similar value.

    5.6 Voucher redemption is subject to Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd’s terms and conditions. Any disputes relating to voucher usage must be resolved directly with Shopee.

    6. Monthly Draw

    6.1 During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholders will earn one (1) lucky draw chance for every cumulative spend of BND100 using an Eligible Card on eligible transactions as set out in Clause 4.1, subject to the monthly spend tiers below. Additional bonus lucky draw chances will be awarded where the applicable overseas spend threshold is achieved.

    6.3 In the event that any stated prize is unavailable for any reason, the Bank reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar value, without prior notice.

    6.4 Prizes will be issued by the Bank one (1) month after the end of each qualifying month as follows:

    6.5 The draws will be conducted using an electronic system within one (1) month after each qualifying period or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion.

    6.6 Winners will be contacted via their registered phone number(s) within one (1) month after each Draw Date to collect their prize. The Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winners in the event of disqualification or non-response.

    6.7 Winners from each Monthly Draw are not eligible for subsequent Monthly Draws. Any chances accumulated by Monthly Draw winners within the respective winning month will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward to the following month.

    6.8 Winners from the Monthly Draws are eligible for the Grand Lucky Draw.

    6.9 Trip.com vouchers are issued in SGD and are subject to the terms and conditions of Trip.com. Vouchers may be used to redeem eligible pre-bundled flight and hotel bookings only.     7. Grand Lucky Draw

    7.1 The Grand Lucky Draw will be conducted electronically within one (1) month after the Promotion Period or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion.

    7.4 Winners will be contacted via their registered phone number(s) within one (1) month after the Promotion Period to attend the prize presentation event.

    7.5 If the winners are unable to attend in person, the authorised representative must present the original duly signed authorisation letter from the winner, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card at the point of collection.

    7.6 Prizes from the Grand Lucky Draw are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part.

    7.7 The Bank may draw reserve winners to replace disqualified or ineligible winners.

    7.8 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the publication of their names for promotional purposes, including winner announcements, in accordance with Clause 8.5 below.

    8. General

    8.1 This Promotion is subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions related to the products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    8.2 The Bank may suspend, terminate, or amend these Terms for valid reasons, at any time with reasonable notice.

    8.3 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive.

    8.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

    8.5 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Bank and its appointed service providers for the purpose of administering the Promotion and prize fulfilment, including the verification of winners and announcement of winners, in accordance with the Bank’s prevailing privacy notice, as amended from time to time.     8.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

    1.1 Where can I redeem my Shopee MY voucher/promo code ?
    You can redeem your voucher/promo code via:
    - Shopee Malaysia website: https://shopee.com.my/
    - Shopee Malaysia app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store)

    1.2 How do I access Shopee MY if I am in Brunei?
    The steps below are provided for general guidance only. Shopee’s platform requirements are subject to change and are outside the Bank’s control.

    (a) Option 1: Web browser
    • Visit https://shopee.com.my/
    • Sign up using your Brunei mobile number (including country code +673). A verification code will be sent via phone call.
    • Once registered, add your Brunei delivery address under My Account > Address and set it as default.
    • During checkout, enter your Shopee MY voucher/promo code.
    • Ensure your Brunei address is reflected on the check-out page.


    (b) Option 2: Shopee Malaysia on Apple Store (iOS)
    • Search for and download the Shopee Malaysia app
    • If your Apple ID is set to another region, you may need to change it to Malaysia.

    Please note that changing your Apple ID country or region is subject to Apple’s terms and conditions and is outside the Bank’s control.

    1.3 How do I apply my Shopee MY voucher/promo code?
    You may apply your voucher/promo code via:
    - Voucher Wallet (Me > My Vouchers > Redeem Voucher Code), or
    - Checkout page (Add items to cart > Tap Apply Voucher > Enter promo code)

    You must enter the exact voucher/promo code issued to you. Each code is unique, for one-time use only, and must not be shared.

    1.4 Will Shopee MY deliver items to Brunei?
    Yes, provided that:
    - the seller offers international shipping, and
    - your Brunei address is correctly saved in your Shopee MY profile.

    Shipping availability and fees may vary by seller.

    1.5 What are the rules on voucher validity and usage?
    The Shopee MY voucher:
    - is valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance
    - is applicable to both new and existing Shopee MY users.
    - is for one time use only, regardless of the number of accounts owned.
    - is valid for Mall and Preferred Sellers only.
    - must be used in a single transaction only (any unused value will be forfeited).
    - is invalid upon expiry and no extensions will be granted.
    - is non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not exchangeable for a higher value voucher.
    - not stackable with other promotions, except Shop Vouchers.

    1.6 What items are excluded from voucher usage?

    3. Redemption of Trip.com vouchers

    3.1 Where can I redeem my Trip.com voucher?
    Download the Trip.com app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

    3.2 How do I redeem my voucher?
    Please follow the steps below after you have downloaded the app:

    • Step 1: Sign up for or log in to your Trip.com account.
    • Step 2: Go to Account → Settings.
    • Step 3: Set Country/Region to Singapore and currency to SGD.
    • Step 4: Make your booking.
    • Step 5: Enter the voucher/promo code on the checkout page.
    • Step 6: Confirm the discount is applied before payment.
    • Step 7: Complete payment to secure the booking.

    3.3 What is the validity period?
    The voucher is valid for booking until 31 December 2027.

    3.4 What do I do if my total amount on the booking exceeds the value of my voucher/promo code?
    Any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid using a Baiduri Mastercard Credit or Debit Card. Other payment methods are not permitted.

    3.5 Are there any restrictions for making a booking?
    - No restriction on travel or stay period.
    - Voucher applicability depends on product eligibility. To check on voucher/promo code eligibility, enter the voucher/promo code on the checkout page before final payment to verify.
    - Voucher cannot be combined with other promo codes or third-party cashback offers.
    - The voucher/promo code cannot be applied if the total booking value is lower than the promo code amount.

    3.6 What if the voucher/promo code doesn’t work?

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox.
