6.4 Winners will be contacted via their registered phone number(s) within one (1) month after the Promotion Period to attend the prize presentation event.
6.5 If the winners are unable to attend in person, the authorised representative must present the original duly signed authorisation letter from the winner, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card at the point of collection.
6.6 Prizes from the Monthly Draw and Grand Draw are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and services, products or privileges or other kind in full or in part and are not refundable or replaceable.
6.7 In the event any prize is unavailable, the Bank reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of similar value without prior notice.
6.8 The Bank may draw reserve winners to replace disqualified or ineligible winners.
6.9 By participating in the Promotion, customers consent to the public disclosure of their names for promotional purposes, including winner announcements, in accordance with Clause 7.4 below.
7. General
7.1 This Promotion is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions related to the products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.
7.2 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Promotion, or vary any of the Terms.
7.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive.
7.4 By participating in this Promotion, customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Promotion and such other third parties including prize partners, service providers and vendors for the purpose of administering the Promotion and prize fulfilment, including (where applicable) the public disclosure of their names on the Bank’s official social media platforms. Such use and disclosure shall be in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Customers confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. 7.5 In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms and any promotional materials related to this Promotion, the Terms shall prevail.
7.6 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
