    1. Term

    1.1 The Your passport to happiness is just a purchase away promotion (this “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1 This Promotion is valid from 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2026 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Promotion is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (“Eligible Cards”):

    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank

    3.2 To remain eligible throughout the Promotion Period, the Eligible Card must be valid, active, and in good standing, as determined by the Bank. Cards that are cancelled, suspended or terminated during the Promotion Period will not qualify.

    3.3 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad, and Royal Brunei Airlines Sendirian Berhad (“Royal Brunei”) are not eligible for this Promotion.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 Annual Fee Waiver

    4.1.1 Customers who apply for an Eligible Card and meet the conditions below will be entitled to a four (4) year annual fee waiver:

    (a) Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card or Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Customer does not currently hold either card; OR previously held one but cancelled it more than six (6) months ago;
    • May apply as Principal Cardholder with up to four (4) Supplementary Cards;
    • Application must be approved no later than 7 February 2026.
     
    (b) Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card
    • Customer does not currently hold the card; OR previously held one but cancelled it more than six (6) months ago;
    • Application must be approved no later than 7 February 2026.

    4.2 New-to-Card Sign Up Offers

    4.2.1 Customers who apply for an Eligible Card and meet the following conditions will be entitled to:
    i. an exclusive limited-edition card design issued for Royal Brunei’s 50th Anniversary; and

    ii. 3,000 Royal Skies miles (limited to the first 100 successfully approved applicants).

    (a) Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card or Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Customer does not currently hold any Baiduri Credit Card; OR previously held one but cancelled it more than six (6) months ago;
    • Application must be for a Principal Card.

    (b) Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card
    • Customer does not currently hold any Baiduri Debit Card; OR previously held one but cancelled it more than six (6) months ago.

    4.3 Customers must collect and activate their Eligible Card by 14 February 2026 in order to receive the applicable benefits under Clauses 4.1 and 4.2.

    4.4 Customers must be members of the Royal Skies Programme to receive Royal Skies miles. Miles will be credited within three (3) weeks after the Promotion Period. Use of miles is subject to the Royal Skies Programme terms at www.flyRB.com.

    4.5 Cancellation of any Eligible Card within six (6) months of issuance will result in forfeiture of all benefits awarded under this Promotion and a charge of the applicable annual fee.

    5. Monthly Draw

    5.1 For every cumulative BND100 spend at local, online, or overseas merchants using an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period, customers will earn lucky draw chances as follows:

    5.2 The following transactions are eligible for the lucky draw:
     
    • Local spending: Any transaction made with an Eligible Card via a point-of-sale terminal or QR within Brunei.
    • Online spending: Any e-commerce transaction made with an Eligible Card that is not made via a point-of-sale terminal.
    • Overseas spending: Any transaction made with an Eligible Card outside Brunei via a point-of-sale terminal.

    5.3 Fifteen (15) winners will be selected from each of the following Qualifying Period:

    Winners will be drawn based on the transactions made within each Qualifying Period.

    5.4 Draws will be conducted electronically on the dates above or such other dates as determined by the Bank.

    5.6 Winners will be contacted via their registered phone number(s) within two (2) weeks after each Draw Date to collect their prize.

    5.7 Winners from the 1st Draw Date are not eligible for the 2nd Draw Date. Any chances earned that did not result in a win from the 1st Draw Date will not be carried forward to the 2nd Draw Date.

    5.8 Winners from the Monthly Draws will also be eligible for the Grand Draw.

    6. Grand Draw

    6.1 Three (3) winners will be selected from the following Qualifying Period:

    6.2 The Grand Draw will be conducted electronically on 5 February 2026 or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its own discretion without prior notice.

    6.4 Winners will be contacted via their registered phone number(s) within one (1) month after the Promotion Period to attend the prize presentation event.

    6.5 If the winners are unable to attend in person, the authorised representative must present the original duly signed authorisation letter from the winner, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card at the point of collection.

    6.6 Prizes from the Monthly Draw and Grand Draw are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and services, products or privileges or other kind in full or in part and are not refundable or replaceable.

    6.7 In the event any prize is unavailable, the Bank reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of similar value without prior notice.

    6.8 The Bank may draw reserve winners to replace disqualified or ineligible winners.

    6.9 By participating in the Promotion, customers consent to the public disclosure of their names for promotional purposes, including winner announcements, in accordance with Clause 7.4 below.

    7. General

    7.1 This Promotion is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions related to the products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    7.2 The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Promotion, or vary any of the Terms.

    7.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive.

    7.4 By participating in this Promotion, customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Promotion and such other third parties including prize partners, service providers and vendors for the purpose of administering the Promotion and prize fulfilment, including (where applicable) the public disclosure of their names on the Bank’s official social media platforms. Such use and disclosure shall be in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Customers confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the Group Privacy Policy can be found at www.baiduri.com.

    7.5 In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms and any promotional materials related to this Promotion, the Terms shall prevail.

    7.6 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
