    1. Term

    1.1 Participation in this Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1 This Promotion is valid from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) at its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Promotion is open to users of Baiduri b.Digital Personal (the “Eligible Customers”) who perform prepaid top-up transactions of at least BND10 via the b.Digital Personal app to any of the following participating service providers during the Promotion Period:

    • DST
    • Imagine Wish
    • POWERinstant
    • Progresif

    3.2 Customers who perform prepaid top-up transactions of at least BND10 to any newly onboarded service provider on the b.Digital Personal app during the Promotion Period will automatically be eligible to participate.

    3.3 Customers whose accounts are suspended, cancelled, or terminated for any reason during the Promotion Period will be disqualified from this Promotion.

    3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 Eligible Customers who top-up at least BND10 in a single transaction to the service providers listed in Clause 3.1 during the Promotion Period will be entitled to receive one (1) lucky draw chance each to win a top-up rebate (the “Prize”), which is capped at BND50.

    4.2 The Prize will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s account used for the top-up transaction within fourteen (14) business days from the date of each Monthly Draw.

    5. Monthly Draw

    5.1 A total of sixty (60) winners will be selected across three (3) Monthly Draws during the Promotion Period, with twenty (20) winners per draw.

    5.2 Winners will be announced on the Bank’s official Instagram account (@baiduribank) within the month following each draw.

    5.3 Each Eligible Customer may only win once throughout the Promotion Period. Winners from earlier draws will be excluded from subsequent ones.

    5.4 By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customers consent to the public disclosure of their names for promotional purposes, including winner announcements, in accordance with Clause 6.4 below.

    5.5 Any unused or unselected entries will be rolled over into the next draw period, subject to eligibility.

    5.6 The Prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and services, products or privileges in full or in part.

    6. General

    6.1 This Promotion is governed by the terms and conditions of the Bank’s products and services, as well as any other applicable agreements between the customer and the Bank.

    6.2 The Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or liability.

    6.3 All decisions made by the Bank in relation to this Promotion are final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained.

    6.4 By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Promotion and such other third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion, including (where applicable) the public disclosure of winner’s names on the Bank’s official Instagram account, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Customers confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.baiduri.com.

    6.5 The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
