1. Terms

1.1 Big milestones, bigger celebrations. (the “Offer”) is jointly organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”), Mothercare and Little Woods (collectively, the “Merchants”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms").

1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Offer Period

2.1 This In-Store Offer Period is valid from 25 September to 15 October 2026, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank and the Merchants at their discretion (the “Offer Period”).

2.2 The Lucky Draw Entry Period is valid from 25 September to 25 December 2026, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank and the Merchants at their discretion (the “Lucky Draw”).

3. Eligibility

3.1 This Offer is applicable only at the following participating outlets:

Little Woods, Tanjong Bunut Branch

3.2 This Offer is applicable to all Baiduri Bank Credit and Debit Cards listed below (the “Eligible Cards”). Customers holding any of the Eligible Cards are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

3.3 Eligible Cardholders whose accounts are suspended, cancelled, or terminated for any reason during In-Store Offer Period or Lucky Draw Entry Period shall not be eligible for the relevant benefits or Lucky Draw entries under the Offer.

3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are eligible to participate in the In-Store discounts and membership benefits under the Offer but are not eligible to earn Lucky Draw entries or win any Lucky Draw prize.

4. Offer Mechanics

4.1 During the Offer Period, Eligible Cardholders shall be entitled to the following benefits upon meeting the applicable minimum spending requirement in a single receipt:

4.2 For the purposes of the membership benefits in Clause 4.1, “net spend” means the final amount payable after applying all discounts and other permitted deductions.
4.3 Receipts from Mothercare and Little Woods cannot be combined to meet any minimum spending requirement under these Terms.

4.4 Qualifying transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise determined by the Bank to be invalid shall not qualify for any benefit under the Offer. The Bank reserves the right to withdraw any benefit granted in respect of such a transaction.

5. Lucky Draw

5.1 During the Lucky Draw Entry Period, Eligible Cardholders shall earn the Lucky Draw entries for each qualifying transaction that meets the applicable minimum spending requirement set out in Clause 4.1, provided that full payment for the transaction is charged to an Eligible Card in a single receipt at any of the participating outlet.

5.2 Lucky Draw entries earned from qualifying transactions made by using a Supplementary Card shall be credited to the relevant Principal Cardholder’s account. The Principal Cardholder shall be treated as participant for the purposes of the Lucky Draw.

5.3 Eligible Cardholders shall be entitled to the following number of Lucky Draw entries earned from qualifying transactions based on card type.

5.4 There is no limit to the number of Lucky Draw entries an Eligible Cardholder may earn during the Lucky Draw Entry Period, provided that each qualifying transaction separately meets the applicable minimum spending requirement set out in Clause 4.1.

5.5 For the avoidance of doubt, the In-Store discounts and membership benefits set out in Clause 4 are available only until 15 October 2026. Eligible Cardholders may continue to earn the Lucky Draw entries in accordance with this Clause 5 until 25 December 2026.

5.6 Eligible Cardholders shall stand a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes:

First Prize: Two (2) return economy-class air tickets from Brunei Darussalam to Tokyo, Japan.
Second Prize: Two (2) return economy-class air tickets from Brunei Darussalam to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Third Prize: Five (5) BND200 shopping vouchers, with a total value of BND1,000, redeemable at Mothercare and Little Woods.
Fourth Prize: Five (5) BND100 shopping vouchers, with a total value of BND500, redeemable at Mothercare and Little Woods.
Fifth Prize: One (1) Coccinelle card holder.

5.7 The flight tickets awarded as the First Prize and Second Prize are subject to ticket availability, applicable booking restrictions, taxes and surcharges, blackout dates, and the relevant airline policies. Travel dates shall be based on the winner’s preferred travel period, subject to the foregoing conditions.

5.8 The shopping vouchers awarded as the Third Prize and Fourth Prize may be redeemed at any of the participating outlets, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the vouchers.
5.9 The Lucky Draw shall be conducted within three (3) weeks after the end of the Lucky Draw Entry Period or on such other dates as may be determined by the Merchants.

5.10 The Merchants are responsible for both winner selection and all processes relating to the prize presentation. The Bank does not participate in winner selection, prize presentation, or any related processes.

6. General

6.1 This Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing discounts, promotions, offers, vouchers, packages, rebates or privileges.

6.2 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s applicable product terms and conditions and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

6.3 By participating in this Offer, Eligible Cardholders acknowledge that their personal data may be collected and used by the Bank and disclosed to the Merchants and relevant third parties for purposes relating to the administration of the Offer, including verification of eligibility, fulfilment of prizes and record keeping, in accordance with the Bank's Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended from time to time. A copy of the Group Privacy Notice is available at www.baiduri.com.

6.4 The Bank and the Merchants make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any gift, merchandise, reward, benefit or promotional item provided under this Offer. Any dispute or claim relating to such gift, merchandise, reward, benefit or promotional item shall be raised directly with the relevant supplier, provider or manufacturer. Neither the Bank nor the Merchants shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from or in connection with the use, redemption or enjoyment of such gift, merchandise, reward, benefit or promotional item.

6.5 The Bank and the Merchants reserve the right to amend, vary, suspend or terminate the Offer or any of these Terms at any time for valid reasons and with reasonable notice.

6.6 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.

6.7 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials relating to this Offer, these Terms shall prevail.

6.8 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
