  • The Baiduri Smart x Consumer Fair Promotion

    The Baiduri Smart x Consumer Fair Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1. Term

    1.1 The Baiduri Smart x Consumer Fair Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1 This Promotion is valid from 24 June 2026 to 7 July 2026, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank at its discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 “Eligible Customers” refer to individuals who, during the Promotion Period, successfully sign up as a new Baiduri Smart members as the main account holder and either:
    • credit a monthly net salary of at least BND2,000 into an account maintained with the Bank or Baiduri Finance Berhad (“Baiduri Finance”); or
    • deposit and/or invest a combined amount of at least BND30,000 through: 
      • deposits in fresh funds with the Bank and/or Baiduri Finance; and/or
      • investments in Unit Trusts with Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad (“Baiduri Capital”).

    3.2 “Fresh funds” refer only to funds placed into accounts with the Bank or Baiduri Finance that:
    • are not transferred from any existing account with the Bank or Baiduri Finance; and
    • have not been withdrawn and re-deposited within thirty (30) days prior to the date of placement from any account with the Bank or Baiduri Finance.

    3.3 Investments in Unit Trusts with Baiduri Capital are not subject to the fresh funds requirement stated in Clause 3.2.

    3.4 Eligible Customers must complete Baiduri Capital’s required client suitability assessment and risk profiling prior to subscribing to any Unit Trusts.

    3.5 For the avoidance of doubt, existing Baiduri Smart members are not eligible for this Promotion.

    3.6 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance, and Baiduri Capital are not eligible for this Promotion.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 Eligible Customers who complete any two (2) of the following actions within ninety (90) days from the date of sign-up as a new Baiduri Smart member under Clause 3.1 will be eligible to receive either BND100 cashback or a BND100 shopping voucher, as selected by the Eligible Customer, subject to availability on a first-come, first served basis, and the Bank’s verification that all qualifying criteria have been fulfilled:

    • First salary credit;
    • Successfully obtain approval for a Baiduri Smart Visa Platinum Credit Card and spend a cumulative amount of at least BND500 using the card;
    • Complete a consultation at our Financial Wellness Centre and successfully subscribe to an eligible investment or insurance product as determined by the Bank;
    • Open a Baiduri Invest account and complete at least two (2) successful trades; and
    • Successfully obtain approval and disbursement for Personal Financing or Home Financing.

    4.2 The cashback will be credited into the Eligible Customer’s account within thirty (30) days after the Bank verifies that the qualifying criteria under Clause 4.1. have been fulfilled.

    4.3 Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or other items, whether in whole or in part. The Bank reserves the right to substitute the voucher with an item of similar value.

    4.4 Vouchers may be redeemed subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the respective merchant. Any disputes relating to the voucher shall be resolved directly with the merchant.

    4.5 Approval of any application under this Promotion is subject to the full satisfaction of the applicable eligibility criteria, credit assessment requirements, approval processes, and terms and conditions of the Bank, Baiduri Finance, Baiduri Capital, or the relevant service provider.

    5. General

    5.1 This Promotion is subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

    5.2 The Bank reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or amend these Terms, or vary any of these Terms for valid reasons with reasonable notice.

    5.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its discretion over all matters relating to this Promotion. All decisions are final and conclusive.

    5.4 By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customers consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Promotion, in accordance with the Bank’s prevailing Privacy Notice. Eligible Customers confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Bank’s prevailing Privacy Notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the Privacy Notice is available at www.baiduri.com.

    5.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

    5.6 This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or special rates, unless otherwise determined by the Bank.

    5.7 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.





  • Plan Smart with Financial Tools Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

    Plan Smart with Financial Tools Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

    The Plan Smart with Financial Tools Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). By participating, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Eligibility

    1.1 This Lucky Draw is open to all individuals who participate in at least one (1) of the following financial tools (the “Financial Tools”) at the 33rd Consumer Fair and Trade Expo (the “Event”), held from 24 June 2026 to 28 June 2026 (the “Event Period”):
    • Money Personality Quiz;
    • Financial Health Check Tool; or
    • Loan Calculator

    Such individuals shall be referred to as “Eligible Participants”.

    1.2 Eligible Participants who take part in more than one (1) Financial Tools may be eligible for
    additional entries, subject to Clause 2.

    1.3 Employees of Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”), Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

    2. Mechanism

    2.1 Each Eligible Participant is entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry for each Financial Tool participated in, up to a maximum of three (3) entries during the Event Period.

    2.2 Entry Mechanics
    a) Money Personality Quiz
    • Upon participation, Eligible Participants must upload their result on Instagram or Facebook (either as a Story or post), tag @baiduribank, and present the post to a Bank staff member at the Event.
    • The post must be publicly accessible at the time of verification.
    • Eligible Participants must scan the QR code displayed at the Event and submit their details via Microsoft Forms (the “Entry Form”).

    b) Financial Health Check Tool
    • Upon participation, Eligible Participants must scan the QR code displayed at the Event and submit their details via the Entry Form.

    c) Loan Calculator
    • Eligible Participants who use the Loan Calculator will be automatically entered into the Lucky Draw upon submitting their email address via the “Email me the information on this page” function.

    2.3 Eligible Participants must provide accurate and complete information, including full name, contact details, and unique result ID to qualify. Incomplete or duplicate attempts of the same Financial Tool will not result in additional entries.

    2.4 A total of fifteen (15) winners will be selected via a random draw conducted by the Bank within three (3) weeks after the end of the Event Period. If winners are unable to attend in person, the authorised representative must present the original duly signed authorisation letter from the winner, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card at the point of collection.

    2.5 Winners will be notified via phone call using the contact details provided.

    2.6 Each Eligible Participant is entitled to win only one (1) prize, regardless of the number of entries earned.

    3. Prize

    4. Data Collection & Use

    4.1 Personal data collected will be used for the purpose of administering the Lucky Draw, including verifying eligibility and contacting winners.

    4.2 By participating, Eligible Participants consent to being contacted by the Bank in relation to the Lucky Draw.

    4.3 Any use of personal data for marketing or promotional purposes shall be subject to the participant’s consent and the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice, which is available on the Bank’s website.

    5. General

    5.1 The Financial Tools are provided by the Bank for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal or professional advice.

    5.2 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Lucky Draw or disqualify any Eligible Participant who provides false or misleading information or breaches these Terms, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

    5.3 The Bank will provide notice of any material changes where reasonably practicable.

    5.4 The Bank’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Lucky Draw shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.

    5.5 Therse Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

    1. Term

    1.1. Consumer Fair CT33 – Home Financing Loan Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1 The Promotion is valid from 24 June 2026 to 10 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1. Home Financing Offer

    3.1.1 The Promotion is open to new and existing individual customers who are Brunei Citizens, Permanent Residents, or Eligible Foreigners, provided that they apply during the Promotion Period for any of the following financing products for the purchase of residential properties;

    3.1.2 “Eligible Foreigners” include:

    3.1.3 Applicants must maintain their salary, directorship fee, or partnership income crediting arrangement with the Bank for the duration of the loan, except where otherwise exempted by the Bank.

    3.1.4 Notwithstanding Clause 3.1.3, salary assignment is not required for applicants employed by the Brunei Government, Government-Linked Companies, or semi-government entities.

    3.1.5 Approval of any application under this Promotion is subject to the Bank’s prevailing credit assessment, policies, and documentation requirements, and satisfaction of all other conditions determined by the Bank.

    3.1.6 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

    4.3 The solar panel add-on is only available to applicants who purchase solar panels with a minimum amount of BND10,000 from the registered vendors under Department of Energy.

    4.4 The subsidy or financing for associated costs granted under the Promotion may be used for payment of fees including, but not limited to:

    4.4.1 Preparation of legal documentation
    4.4.2 Fire insurance for the first year of purchase only
    4.4.3 Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (“MRTA”)
    4.4.4 Valuation reports
    4.4.5 Stamp duty for Memorandum of Charge

    4.5 Any unused portion of the subsidy after payment of the applicable fees will not be credited to the successful applicant’s account with the Bank.

    4.6 Notwithstanding Clauses 4.1 and 4.2 relating to discounts or waivers of settlement or transfer fees, if the loan is fully settled, partially settled or transferred prior to maturity, the Bank reserves the right to recover the subsidy, in whole or in part.

    4.7 If an approved application is cancelled before disbursement, the applicant shall bear the processing fees and repay any subsidy granted under the Promotion. The Bank may debit such amounts from the applicant’s account without notice.


    5 General

    5.1 The Promotion is governed by the Bank’s standard terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

    5.2 The Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion or any of its Terms without prior notice or liability. Where reasonably practicable, notice will be given via the Bank’s website.

    5.3 The Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, privileges, or promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    5.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive.

    5.5 The Bank makes no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any solar panels or related products provided under this Promotion. Any disputes or claim in relation to the solar panels shall be resolved by the relevant supplier, installer or manufacturer, and the Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damages or injury arising from the use of the solar panels.

    5.6 By participating in the Promotion, eligible applicants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Promotion, in accordance with the Group Privacy Notice.     4.1.2 Eligible Applicants may choose to enrol in the Baiduri Smart Program in order to qualify for the Baiduri Smart Program Promotional EIR and processing fee discount.

    4.1.3 Eligibility for the Baiduri Smart Program remains subject to the Bank’s applicable Baiduri Smart Program requirements. Eligible Applicants who do not enrol in the Baiduri Smart Program may qualify under the Non-Baiduri Smart Program category.

    4.2. Top-Up Personal Loan – Incremental Loan Requirement

    4.2.1 For Top-Up Personal Loan applications, eligibility for the Promotional EIR and processing fee discount shall be determined based on the approved incremental loan amount, being the difference between the approved loan amount and the existing outstanding loan amount.

    4.2.1 Eligible customers are entitled to a cash rebate on all qualifying transactions, made at participating merchants during the Offer Period, with no minimum spend requirement, subject to participating merchants’ terms and conditions.

    4.2.2 Participating merchants are merchants at the Event Venue that accept payments through Baiduri POS terminals, Baiduri Tap2Pay or Baiduri Qpay and are identified by the Bank as participating merchants.

    5. Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan Offer

    5.1 This Offer is open to customers holding the following cards:

    • Baiduri Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card

    5.2 Eligible customers may convert purchases into 6- or 12-month instalment plans at 0% interest with no processing fees, subject to applicable terms and conditions on the Bank’s website.

    5.3 To qualify, the card must remain active and in good standing throughout the Offer Period. Cards that are suspended, cancelled, or terminated will not be eligible.

    5.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance, and Baiduri Capital are eligible for this Offer.

    6. Baiduri Smart Card Rebate Offer

    6.1 Eligibility

    6.1.1 This Offer is open to new and existing customers holding any of the following cards:

    • Baiduri Smart Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Mastercard Platinum Debit Card

    6.1.2 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance, and Baiduri Capital are eligible for this Offer.

    6.1.3 This Offer is valid only at Tampd Coffee (the participating merchant).

    6.2 Offer Mechanics

    6.2.1 This Offer applies to transactions made via Baiduri POS terminals and Baiduri Tap2Pay.

    6.2.2 Eligible customers who spend a minimum of BND10 in a single transaction will receive a cash rebate of BND1.50 per transaction during the Offer Period.

    6.2.3 Each customer is entitled to one (1) rebate per day, regardless of the number of transactions or cards used.

    7. General

    7.1 These Offers are governed by and subject to the Bank’s applicable product terms and conditions and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

    7.2 The Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend these Offers, or any of these Terms for valid reasons. The Bank may provide notice of such changes where reasonably practicable.

    7.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine all matters arising out of or in connection with these Offers. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to these Offers shall be final and conclusive.

    7.4 By participating in these Offers, customers acknowledge and agree that the Bank may collect, use and disclose their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Offers, including verification of eligibility, fulfilment of benefits and record-keeping, in accordance with the Group Privacy Notice. Customers acknowledge that they have read the Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time.     1. Term

    1.1 The Baiduri Bank Sign-Up Offer Lucky Draw (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Offer Period

    2.1 The Offer is valid from 28 January to 1 February 2026 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    4.2 The lucky draw will be conducted after the end of the Offer Period on a date determined by the Bank. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
     
    4.3 Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of application, including SMS, phone call, or email, within a reasonable period after the lucky draw.
     
    4.4 Customers eligible to receive Royal Skies miles under this Offer must be members of the Royal Skies Programme at the time the miles are credited. Where a customer is not a Royal Skies Programme member, the customer may nominate one (1) family member or friend who is an existing Royal Skies Programme member for the miles to be credited to, subject to the Royal Skies Programme Terms and Conditions . Such nomination must be made within such timeframe as may be determined by the Bank, and must include complete and accurate details of the nominated Royal Skies Programme member.     5. General


    5.1 The Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions relating to the products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon.
