BWN Coffee Convention Terms and Conditions

1. Terms

1.1 The “BWN Coffee Convention Offer” (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Offer Period

2.1 This Offer is valid from 2 October 2026 to 4 October 2026 (both dates inclusive) at the BWN Coffee Convention held at Sports Hub, Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium, Brunei Darussalam (the “Event”), or such other period as may be determined by the Bank at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

3. Eligibility

3.1 This Offer is open to customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (the “Eligible Cards”):

Customers holding any of the Eligible Cards are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

3.2 To qualify for this Offer, the Eligible Card must remain valid, active and in good standing throughout the Offer Period.

3.3 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are not eligible to participate in this Offer.

4. Offer Mechanics

4.1 This Offer is applicable only to transactions made with participating merchants at the Event (the “Participating Merchants”), as listed in Clause 4.4.

4.2 Eligible Cardholders will receive one (1) lucky draw entry for each qualifying transaction successfully posted to the Eligible Card account. A “qualifying transaction” means a retail transaction made using an Eligible Card at a Participating Merchant during the Offer Period.

4.3 Any lucky draw entries earned from transactions made using a supplementary card will be credited to the relevant Principal Cardholder, who will be deemed the participant for the purpose of the lucky draw.

4.5 Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, unposted or otherwise determined by the Bank to be invalid shall not qualify for the Offer. The Bank reserves the right to remove any corresponding entries.

5. Lucky Draw Prizes

5.1 Eligible Cardholders with eligible entries will be entered into a random computerised draw for a chance to win one (1) of the following lucky draw prizes:

5.2 The draw will be conducted within three (3) weeks after the end of the Offer Period or such other date as may reasonably be determined by the Bank.

5.3 The Bank reserves the right to select reserve winners to replace any winner who is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Terms.

5.4 Winners will be contacted using the contact details maintained in the Bank’s records. The lucky draw prizes must be collected by the winner or by an authorised representative producing a signed authorisation letter and the representative’s original identification document, at a date, time and venue to be notified by the Bank.

5.5 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, unless otherwise determined by the Bank.

6. General

6.1 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s applicable product terms and conditions and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

6.2 By participating in this Offer, Eligible Cardholders acknowledge that their personal data may be collected, used and disclosed by the Bank for purposes relating to the administration of the Offer, including verification of eligibility, fulfilment of prizes and record keeping, in accordance with the Bank's Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended from time to time. A copy of the Group Privacy Notice is available at www.baiduri.com.

6.3 Where any prize, gift, merchandise, reward, benefit or promotional item under this Offer is provided by a third-party supplier, merchant or manufacturer, such item shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of that third party. Any dispute or claim relating to the quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for purpose of such items should be raised directly with the relevant third party. To the extent permitted by law, the Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from or in connection with the use or redemption of any item provided by a third party.

6.4 The Bank reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend or terminate the Offer or any of these Terms at any time for valid reasons with reasonable notice.

6.5 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.

6.6 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials relating to this Offer, these Terms shall prevail.

6.7 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
