    1. Term

    1.1 Baiduri Bank Cards annual fee waiver and rebate offer (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of the Terms.

    2. Offer Period

    2.1 The Offer is valid from 25 June 2025 to 29 June 2025 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank at its absolute discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    2.2 The Offer is available exclusively at Consumer Fair Part 31, Plenary Hall, International Convention Centre, Berakas (the “Event Venue”) during the Offer Period.

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 New Credit and Debit Card Sign-Up Offer

    3.1.1 The New Credit and Debit Card Sign-Up Offer is open to individuals who apply for an Eligible Card at the Event Venue (“New Eligible Cardholders”).

    3.1.2 “Eligible Card” refers to any Baiduri Credit or Debit Card issued by the Bank that qualifies for participation in this Offer.

    3.2 Cash Rebate Offer

    3.2.1 The Cash Rebate Offer is open to new and existing Bank customers who hold an Eligible Card (“Eligible Cardholders”).

    4. Offer Mechanics

    4.1 New Credit and Debit Card Sign-Up Offer

    4.1.1 New Eligible Cardholders are entitled to the following annual fee waivers:

    1. A 4-year annual fee waiver for Royal Brunei Visa Cards by Baiduri Bank
    2. A 3-year annual fee waiver for other Baiduri Credit and Debit Cards

    4.2 Cash Rebate Offer

    4.2.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to a 5% cash rebate for cumulative spending at Participating Merchants at the Event Venue during the Offer Period.

    4.2.2 Participating Merchants can be identified by payment acceptance decals displayed at their booths.

    4.2.3 Each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to one (1) cash rebate per day, capped at BND50, irrespective of the number of Eligible Cards used.

    4.2.4 Any cash rebate earned will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s card account within three (3) weeks from the transaction date.

    4.2.5 The Cash Rebate Offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges.

    5. General

    5.1 The Offer is governed by the Bank’s standard terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    5.2 The Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Offer or vary its Terms.

    5.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Offer. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.

    5.4 By participating in the Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of the Offer, and such other third parties for the purpose of the Offer, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.baiduri.com.

    5.5 In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and any promotional materials related to the Offer, the Terms shall prevail.

    5.6 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

    1. Term

    1.1 Life insurance savings or protection plan offer (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of the Terms.

    2. Offer Period

    2.1 The Offer is valid from 25 June 2025 to 29 June 2025 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank at its absolute discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1.1 The Offer is open to both new and existing Bank customers who apply for an Eligible Bancassurance Product as detailed in Clause 3.1.3 below, underwritten by AIA Singapore Private Limited (Brunei Branch) (“AIA”) or The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited (“Great Eastern”), via the Bank during the Offer Period, and whose applications meet the following conditions (“Eligible Customers”):

    1. The selected Eligible Bancassurance Product must have a minimum premium payment term of at least five (5) years.
    2. The application must be submitted and the premium fully paid within the Offer Period.
    3. The application is deemed successful once the policy book is issued by AIA or Great Eastern.

    3.1.2 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are eligible to participate in the Offer.

    4. Offer Mechanics

    4.1 The first twenty (20) Eligible Customers will receive a Baiduri Umbrella and Jute Bag (“Rewards”).

    4.2 The Bank will contact Eligible Customers via their registered phone number(s) with instructions on how to redeem the Rewards.

    4.3 Rewards are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, credit, goods and services, products or privileges or other kind in full or in part and is not refundable or replaceable. The Bank makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the Rewards, whether as to the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, performance or otherwise. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the suppliers.

    5. General

    4.1.2 The subsidy or financing for associated costs granted under the Promotion may be used for the payment of fees including, but not limited to:

    4.1.2.1 Preparation of legal documentation

    4.1.2.2 Fire insurance for the first year of purchase only

    4.1.2.3 Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (“MRTA”)

    4.1.2.4 Valuation reports

    4.1.2.5 Stamp duty for Memorandum of Charge

    4.1.3 Any unused portion of the subsidy or financing for associated costs after payment of the above fees will be credited to the successful applicant’s account with the Bank.

    4.1.4 If the approved loan is partially or fully settled or transferred to another financial institution before its maturity date, the Bank reserves the right to recover the whole subsidy amount granted under the Promotion.

    4.1.5 If an approved application is cancelled before disbursement, the applicant shall bear for all processing-related fees and repay any subsidy received. The Bank reserves the right to debit such amounts from the applicant’s account without notice.

    4.2 Personal Financing Offer

    4.3.4 Winners will be selected using an electronic random draw from the pool of Eligible Applicants.

    4.3.5 Monthly Draw winners will be announced on the Bank’s official Instagram account (@baiduribank) within the month following each draw.

    4.3.6 Monthly Draw winners may choose between a Pan Bright Travel Service voucher or an Intracorp Brunei shopping voucher, subject to availability at the time of selection. Pan Bright Travel Service vouchers can be redeemed at any Pan Bright Travel Service outlet or event, and Intracorp Brunei vouchers can be redeemed at any Intracorp Brunei outlet. All vouchers are subject to the respective merchant’s terms and conditions, in accordance with Clause 4.3.11 below.

    4.3.7 The Bank will contact Grand Draw winners one (1) week before the Grand Draw prize presentation using the phone number registered with the Bank. Details of the prize presentation event will be provided during the call.

    4.3.8 If the winners are unable to attend in person, the authorised representative must present the original duly signed authorisation letter from the winner, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card at point of collection.

    4.3.9 Each Eligible Applicant may only win once throughout the Monthly Draws. Winners from earlier draws will be excluded from all subsequent draws.

    4.3.10 The Bank reserves the right to select reserve winners if any winner is disqualified or cannot be contacted.

    4.3.11 Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other prizes. Vouchers may be used to redeem goods or services subject to the terms and conditions of the respective merchant.

    4.3.12 For prizes awarded in the form of vouches, the Bank makes no representations or warranties on the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose. Any disputes regarding the quality, condition, or performance of such vouchers must be resolved directly with the relevant merchant. For prizes awarded in the form of interest rebates, the Bank’s liability is limited to crediting the applicable rebate amount to the winner’s financing facility.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox.
