    Update Your Contact Information Campaign Terms and Conditions

    1. Term

    1.1. “Update Your Contact Information Campaign” (the “Campaign”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”), on behalf of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad (collectively referred to as the “Group”), and is subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2. Participation in this Campaign constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Campaign Period

    2.1. The Campaign is valid from 1 April 2026 to 30 May 2026, (both dates inclusive,) or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Group at its discretion (the “Campaign Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1. The Campaign is open to customers of the Group with valid and active accounts who successfully update their mobile phone number, email address, IC number or correspondence address (collectively referred to as “Contact Information”) at any Baiduri Bank branch during the Campaign Period (each an “Eligible Customer”).

    3.2. The Eligible Customer’s account must be and remain valid, active and in good standing during the Campaign Period, as determined by the Group. The Group reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer whose relevant account is suspended, cancelled, or terminated during the Campaign Period.

    3.3. Employees of the Group are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

    4. Campaign Mechanics

    4.1. Each Eligible Customer who successfully completes an update of their Contact Information during the Campaign Period will receive one (1) lucky draw chance, regardless of the number of updates made. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to a maximum of one (1) entry during the Campaign Period.

    4.2 Only updates of Contact Information completed at a Baiduri Bank branch during the Campaign Period and successfully verified and accepted by the Bank shall qualify for the Campaign.

    5. Lucky Draw

    5.1. Ten (10) winners will be selected at random after the end of the Campaign Period.

    The draw will be conducted at random on the stated draw date. The Bank reserves the right to change the draw date where reasonably necessary.

    6. Prize Presentation
    6.1. Winners will be notified via their registered contact details. Details of prize collection, including date and location, will be communicated to the winners.

    6.2. A representative may collect the prize upon presentation of an authorisation letter, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card.

    6.3. The Bank reserves the right to select reserve winners to replace any winner who is disqualified, uncontactable, or unable to claim the prize within the stipulated time.

    6.4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, services, products or privileges, in whole or in part, and are not refundable or replaceable. The vouchers may be used to redeem goods or services subject to the terms and conditions of the respective merchants.

    6.5. The Bank reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.

    6.6. The Bank shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the redemption or use of any prize.

    6.7. By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Customers consent to the publication of their names for Campaign purposes, including winner announcements, in accordance with Clause 7.3 below.


    7. General

    7.1. This Campaign cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, campaigns, vouchers, rebates or privileges, unless otherwise stated by the Bank.

    7.2. This Campaign is subject to the existing terms and conditions of the Group’s products and services, as well as the voucher redemption rules of the respective merchants.

    7.3. By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by the Bank for the purposes of administering the Campaign and related publicity, including but not limited to customer verification, winner selection, prize fulfilment and announcement of winners. Such personal data will be processed in accordance with the Bank’s prevailing privacy notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the privacy notice is available at www.baiduri.com.

    7.4. Any dispute relating to the respective merchant’s goods or services shall be resolved directly with the respective merchants.

    7.5. The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign, or vary any of these Terms at their discretion without prior notice.

    7.6. The determination by the Bank on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.

    7.7. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials related to the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.

    7.8. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
