"Tech Up, Miles Up" Terms and Conditions

1. Term

1.1 “Tech Up, Miles Up” (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Offer Period

2.1 This Offer is valid from 19 August 2026 to 23 August 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

3. Eligibility

3.1 This Offer is valid only for purchases made at participating merchants at the Crazy Tech Fair held at the Atrium, The Mall Gadong (the "Event").

3.2 This Offer is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (“Eligible Cards”). Such customers are referred to in these Terms as “Eligible Cardholders”.

3.3 To qualify, the Eligible Card must remain valid, active, and in good standing throughout the Offer Period. Cards that are cancelled, suspended or terminated during the Offer Period will not qualify.

3.4 For the purposes of this Offer, an "Eligible Purchase" means a purchase made at a participating merchant at the Event using an Eligible Card and successfully processed through a Baiduri POS terminal.

4. Offer Mechanics

4.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to the following offers in respect of Eligible Purchases, with no minimum spend requirement:

Earn Royal Skies Miles (“RSM”) at twice the usual earn rate on all Eligible Purchases made during the Offer Period. This means Eligible Cardholders will receive their regular RSM plus bonus miles of the same amount, resulting in a total of two (2) times the normal miles earned per purchase.
Zero processing fee for Eligible Purchases converted into 6- or 12-month instalments under the Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan. This benefit is available only to Baiduri Credit Cardholders.

4.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the total RSM earned during the Offer Period consists of:
Base miles earned at the Eligible Card’s normal earn rate; and
Bonus miles equivalent to the base miles earned

4.4 Base miles and bonus miles earned will be credited separately.

4.5 To benefit from this Offer, Eligible Cardholders must have an active Royal Skies membership account with Royal Brunei Airlines Sendirian Berhad (“Royal Brunei”). Eligible Cardholders who do not have a Royal Skies membership account must register for one before the miles are credited in order to receive the miles earned under this Offer.
4.6 Base miles and bonus miles earned from supplementary card spending will be credited to the principal cardholder’s Royal Skies membership account.

4.7 The base miles and bonus miles will be credited to the Royal Skies membership account within one (1) month after the end of the Offer Period and are subject to the Royal Skies Programme terms and conditions available at www.flyRB.com.

4.8 The Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan Terms and Conditions apply. Details are available on the Bank’s website.

5. General

5.1 This Offer is subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions related to the products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

5.2 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, vary or terminate the Offer or any of these Terms at any time by providing reasonable notice, where practicable.

5.3 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Offer shall be final and conclusive.

5.4 By participating in this Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Offer, including verification of eligibility and recordkeeping, in accordance with the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the Group Privacy Notice is available at www.baiduri.com.

5.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising and promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

5.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:

User’s full name
User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
User’s mobile number
User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
