6. Lucky Draw
6.1 A total of thirty (30) winners (“Winners”) will be selected through an electronic random draw from all qualifying entries after the Promotion Period, on a date determined by the Bank at its sole discretion.
6.2 Each Winner will receive vouchers worth BND200 from Participating Merchants.
6.3 No registration or entry forms are required; eligible entries are generated automatically based on transaction records.
6.4 Winners will be contacted by phone using the contact number(s) registered with the Bank. Prize collection details will be provided during the call.
6.5 If a Winner is unable to attend in person, an authorised representative may collect the vouchers on their behalf by presenting:
(i) an original authorisation letter signed by the Winner;
(ii) a copy of the Winner’s identity card, signed and dated by the Winner; and
(iii) the representative’s original identity card.
6.6 The Bank may select reserve winners to replace any Winner who is disqualified, uncontactable, or unable to claim the voucher.
6.7 Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other prizes. They may be used to redeem goods or services, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Participating Merchant.
6.8 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the public disclosure of their names for promotional purposes, including the announcement of Winners. This is in addition to the Bank’s general data processing as outlined in Clause 7.5 and the Group Privacy Policy.
7. General
7.1 This Promotion is governed by the Bank’s and Participating Merchant’s terms and conditions on the related products and services and any other applicable documents.
7.2 Any dispute in relation to the Participating Merchant’s goods and services are to be directed solely to the respective Participating Merchant.
7.3 The Bank and Participating Merchants reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or vary any of these Terms at their sole discretion without prior notice.
7.4 The decision by the Bank on all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion is final and conclusive.
7.5 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Bank, its affiliates, service providers, and any third parties involved in organising or managing the Promotion, for purposes related to the Promotion, in accordance with the Bank’s Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agreed to be bound by the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time. A copy of the policy is available at www.baiduri.com.
7.6 In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and any promotional materials related to this Promotion, the Terms shall prevail.
7.7 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
