1. Term

1.1. Celebrate meaningfully this Raya - Personal Financing 2026 Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

1.2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion is valid from 1 March 2026 to 31 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

3.1. This Promotion is open to new and existing individual customers who are Brunei Citizens or Permanent Residents (each an “Eligible Applicant”), who submit an application during the Promotion Period for any of the products listed below and who meet the minimum criteria set out herein:

3.2. Eligible Applicants include individuals who apply for:

a new Personal Loan or Home Renovation Loan;
a Top-Up Personal Loan application with a minimum incremental loan amount of BND 15,000; and
a balance transfer in respect of a Personal Loan from another financial institution.

3.3. Eligible Applicants must maintain their salary crediting with the Bank throughout the duration of the loan, in accordance with the Bank’s prevailing financing requirements.

3.4. Approval of any application under this Promotion is subject to the Bank’s prevailing credit assessment, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements, as determined by the Bank at its discretion.

3.5. Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

4. Promotion Mechanics

4.1 Promotional Rates

Eligible Applicants approved for the products under Clause 3 may qualify for the promotional rates set out below, subject to meeting all applicable criteria.

¹NTB refers to customers new to the Bank with salary transfer and/or loan take-over from another financial institution.
²ETB refers to existing Bank customers with an existing lending product and/or salary credited with the Bank.
³The EIR is a floating rate and is linked to the Prime Lending Rate (“PLR”).
⁴The PLR is currently 5.50% and subject to change at the Bank’s discretion.

4.2 Top-Up Personal Loan – Incremental Loan Requirement

4.2.1 For Top-Up Personal Loan applications, eligibility for the promotional rate is determined based on the approved incremental loan amount, being the difference between the approved loan amount and the existing outstanding loan amount.

4.2.2 The table below illustrates how the approved incremental loan amount is calculated and whether a Top-Up Personal Loan application qualifies for the promotional rate, based on different approved loan and outstanding loan scenarios.

4.2.3 For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility for the promotional rate is determined solely by the approved incremental loan amount and not by the total approved loan amount.

4.3 Solar Home Renovation Loan – Utilisation Requirement

4.3.1 For the purposes of this Promotion, the Solar Financing Home Renovation Loan refers to a Home Renovation Loan utilised specifically for the purchase of solar panels.

4.3.2 Eligibility for the promotional rate of 6.00% is subject to a minimum solar panel purchase amount of BND 10,000 and the purchase being made from one of the following approved merchants only:

4.3.3 The table below illustrates eligibility for the promotional rate based on the approved loan amount, utilisation of the loan for solar panel purchases, and whether the purchase is made from an approved merchant:

4.4 Monthly Lucky Draw

4.4.1 Eligible Applicants whose applications are approved during the Promotion Period will automatically qualify for the Monthly Lucky Draw. Each approved product application constitutes one (1) entry.

4.4.2 A total of fifteen (15) winners will be selected across three (3) draws, conducted from April to June 2026.

The prizes and number of winners for each Monthly Lucky Draw are set out below.

4.4.3 Winners will be selected via an electronic random draw. Prize allocation is determined at random, and winners are not entitled to choose the prize awarded.

4.4.4 Winners will be announced on the Bank’s official Instagram account (@baiduribank) within the month following each draw.

4.4.5 Each Eligible Applicant may only win once throughout the Monthly Lucky Draws.

4.4.6 The Bank reserves the right to select reserve winners and substitute prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

4.4.7 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other prizes. The Bank provides no warranty for the prizes, and any applicable manufacturer’s warranty shall apply.

5. General

5.1 The Promotion is governed by the Bank’s standard terms and conditions governing the relevant products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

5.2 The Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion or any of its Terms without prior notice or liability. Where reasonably practicable, notice will be given via the Bank’s website.

5.3 The Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, privileges, or promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.

5.5 The Bank does not provide any warranty, representation, or assurance in respect of the solar panels or related products and does not endorse any such products or merchants. The solar panel component of this Promotion applies only to purchases from the approved merchants. Any disputes relating to the solar panels shall be resolved directly between the customer and the merchant.

5.6 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Applicants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Promotion, including winner selection and public announcement, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Applicants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the policy is available at www.baiduri.com.

5.7 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

5.8 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
