Celebrate Raya with more in hand - Personal Financing 2026 Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Term

1.1. The Celebrate Raya with more in hand Personal Financing 2026 Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

1.2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion is valid from 1 March 2026 to 31 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

3.1. This Promotion is open to new and existing individual customers who are Brunei Citizens or Permanent Residents (each an “Eligible Applicant”), who submit an application during the Promotion Period for any of the following products and who meet the minimum criteria set out below:

3.2. Eligible Applicants include individuals who apply for:

a new Personal Loan or Home Renovation Loan;
A Top-Up Personal Loan application with a minimum incremental loan amount of BND 15,000; and
A balance transfer in respect of a Personal Loan from other financial institutions.

3.3. Eligible Applicants must maintain their salary with the Bank throughout the duration of the loan, in accordance with the Bank’s financing requirements.

3.4. Approval of any application under this Promotion is subject to the Bank’s prevailing credit assessment, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements, as determined by the Bank at its discretion.

3.5. Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

4. Promotion Mechanics

4.1Promotional Offers

Eligible Applicants approved for the products under Clause 3.1 may qualify for the promotional rates set out in the table below, subject to meeting all applicable criteria.

¹NTB refers to customers new to the Bank with salary transfer and/or loan take-over from another financial institution.
²ETB refers to existing Bank customers with an existing lending product and/or salary credited with the Bank.
³The EIR is a floating rate and is linked to the Prime Lending Rate (“PLR”).
⁴The PLR is currently 5.50% and subject to change at the Bank’s discretion.

4.2 Top-Up Personal Loan – Incremental Loan Requirement

4.2.1 For Top-Up Personal Loan applications, eligibility for the promotional rate is determined based on the approved incremental loan amount, being the difference between the approved loan amount and the existing outstanding loan amount.

4.2.2 The table below illustrates eligibility for the promotional rate of 6.50%:

4.3 “Green” Home Renovation Loan – Utilisation Requirement

4.3.1 For the purposes of this Promotion, the “Green” Home Renovation Loan refers to a Home Renovation Loan utilised for the purchase of solar panels.

4.3.2 Eligibility for the promotional rate of 6.00% is subject to the Home Renovation Loan being utilised for the purchase of solar panels, with a minimum purchase amount of BND 10,000, from the following approved merchants:

4.3.3 The table below illustrates eligibility based on the approved loan amount, utilisation and merchant:

4.4 Monthly Lucky Draw

4.4.1 Eligible Applicants whose applications are approved during the Promotion Period will automatically qualify for the Monthly Lucky Draw. Each approved product application shall constitute one (1) entry into the Monthly Lucky Draw.

4.4.2 A total of fifteen (15) winners will be selected across three (3) draws, conducted from April to June 2026.

4.4.4 Winners will be selected via an electronic random draw. The allocation of prizes among winners shall be determined at random, and winners shall not be entitled to choose the type of prize awarded.

4.4.5 Winners will be announced on the Bank’s official Instagram account (@baiduribank) within the month following each draw.

4.4.6 Each Eligible Applicant may only win once throughout the Monthly Draws.

4.4.7 The Bank reserves the right to select reserve winners and substitute prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

4.4.8 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other prizes. The Bank does not provide any warranty in respect of the prizes, and any applicable manufacturer’s warranty shall apply where relevant.

5. General

5.1 The Promotion is governed by the Bank’s standard terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

5.2 The Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion or any of its Terms without prior notice or liability. Where reasonably practicable, notice will be given via the Bank’s website.

5.3 The Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, privileges, or promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive.

5.5 The Bank does not provide any warranty, representation, or assurance in respect of the solar panels or related products, and does not endorse any such products or merchants. The Solar Panel on this Promotion applies only to purchases from the approved merchants. Any disputes or issue relating to the Solar Panel shall be addressed directly between the customer and the merchant.

5.6 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Applicants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Promotion, including winner selection and public announcement of winners, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Applicants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the policy is available at www.baiduri.com.

5.7 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

5.8 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
