    1. Term


    1.1. Finance your dreams with rewards that take you further: Home & Personal Financing 2025 (the “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1. The Promotion is valid from 19 June 2025 to 31 January 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1. Home Financing Offer

    3.1.1 Open to new and existing individual customers who are Brunei Citizens, Permanent Residents or Eligible Foreigners, applying during the Promotion Period for any of the following products:

    3.1.2 Eligible Foreigners” include:

    a) Foreigners born in Brunei Darussalam applying for citizenship or permanent residency;
    b) Foreigners working in Brunei Darussalam and married to a Brunei Citizen; or
    c) Foreigners earning a directorship or partnership fee in Brunei Darussalam.

    3.1.3 Applicants must maintain their salary, directorship fee, or partnership fee with the Bank throughout the duration of the loan.

    3.1.4 Approval is subject to full satisfaction of the Bank’s criteria, including but not limited to, credit assessment and documentation requirements.

    3.1.5 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad may participate in the Promotion but are excluded from lucky draws.

    3.2. Personal Financing Offer

    3.2.1 Open to new and existing individual customers who are Brunei Citizens or Permanent Residents, applying during the Promotion Period for any of the following products:

    • Top-up applications with a minimum incremental loan amount of BND 10,000; and
    • Balance transfers from other financial institutions.

    3.2.3 Applicants must maintain their salary with the Bank throughout the duration of the loan.

    3.2.4 Approval is subject to full satisfaction of the Bank’s criteria, including but not limited to, credit assessment and documentation requirements.

    3.2.5 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad may participate in the Promotion but are excluded from lucky draws.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    Early or Partial Repayment Fee

    1. A one-time 50% discount on settlement fees for accounts settled from the 6th year onwards
    2. A full waiver on transfer fees for conversions to Brunei Government Loans from the 6th year onwards.
    3. Not applicable to accounts transferred from other financial institutions.

    ² PLR is currently at 5.5% and subject to changes at the Bank's discretion.

    4.1.2 The subsidy or financing for associated costs granted under the Promotion may be used for the payment of fees including, but not limited to:

    4.1.2.1 Preparation of legal documentation

    4.1.2.2 Fire insurance for the first year of purchase only

    4.1.2.3 Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (“MRTA”)

    4.1.2.4 Valuation reports

    4.1.2.5 Stamp duty for Memorandum of Charge

    4.1.3 Any unused portion of the subsidy or financing for associated costs after payment of the above fees will be credited to the successful applicant’s account with the Bank.

    4.1.4 If the loan is fully or partially settled or transferred before maturity, the Bank may recover the entire subsidy.

    4.1.5 If an approved application is cancelled before disbursement, the applicant shall bear the processing fees and repay any subsidy received. The Bank may debit such amounts from the applicant’s account without notice.

    4.3 Lucky Draw

    4.3.1 A total of forty (40) winners will be selected across eight (8) draws – seven (7) Monthly Draws from July 2025 to January 2026, and one (1) Grand Draw in February 2026.

    4.3.2 Each eligible applicant will receive lucky draw chances based on the approved loan amount, as follows:

    4.3.4 Winners will be selected using an electronic random draw from the pool of eligible applicants.

    4.3.5 Monthly Draw winners will be announced on the Bank’s official Instagram account (@baiduribank) within the month following each draw.

    4.3.6 Monthly Draw winners may choose between a Pan Bright Travel Service voucher or an Intracorp Brunei shopping voucher, subject to availability at the time of selection. Pan Bright Travel Service vouchers can be redeemed at any Pan Bright Travel Service outlet or event, and Intracorp Brunei vouchers can be redeemed at any Intracorp Brunei outlet. All vouchers are subject to the respective merchant’s terms and conditions, in accordance with Clause 4.3.11 below.

    4.3.7 The Bank will contact Grand Draw winners one (1) week before the Grand Draw prize presentation using the phone number registered with the Bank. Details of the prize presentation event will be provided during the call.

    4.3.8 If the winners are unable to attend in person, the authorised representative must present the original duly signed authorisation letter from the winner, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card at point of collection.

    4.3.9 Each eligible applicant may win only once across the Monthly Draws. Winners from earlier Monthly Draws will be excluded from subsequent Monthly Draws but will remain eligible for the Grand Draw.

    4.3.10 The Bank reserves the right to select reserve winners if any winner is disqualified or cannot be contacted.

    4.3.11 Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other prizes. Vouchers may be used to redeem goods or services subject to the terms and conditions of the respective merchant.

    4.3.12 For prizes awarded in the form of vouches, the Bank makes no representations or warranties on the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose. Any disputes regarding the quality, condition, or performance of such vouchers must be resolved directly with the relevant merchant. For prizes awarded in the form of interest rebates, the Bank’s liability is limited to crediting the applicable rebate amount to the winner’s financing facility.

    4.3.13 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Applicants consent to the public disclosure of their names for promotional purposes, including winner announcements, in accordance with Clause 5.5 below.

    5. General

    5.1 The Promotion is governed by the Bank’s standard terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

    5.2 The Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion or any of its Terms without prior notice or liability.

    5.3 The Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, privileges, or promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    5.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive.

    5.5 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Applicants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of the Promotion and such other third parties for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including (where applicable) the public disclosure of their names on the Bank’s official social media platforms. Such use and disclosure shall be in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Applicants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the Group Privacy Policy can be found at www.baiduri.com.

    5.6 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

    5.7 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
