    1. Term


    1.1. The “Big dreams grow with smart savings” Promotion (this “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1. This Promotion is valid from 25 August 2025 to 30 November 2025, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank at its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Promotion is open to new and existing customers of the Bank, who open and/ or maintain an active Savings or Current account (including joint accounts) and place a minimum of BND1,000 in fresh funds into a 12-month Brunei Dollar Fixed Deposit during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customers”).

    3.2 “Fresh funds” refer to funds that do not originate from any existing account with the Bank or Baiduri Finance Berhad, and exclude funds that were withdrawn and re-deposited within thirty (30) days prior to the deposit; salary or bonus amounts already credited to an account with the Bank before the Promotion Period; and accumulated savings from salary or bonus amounts already held with the Bank. For avoidance of doubt, salary or bonus amounts newly credited to an account during the Promotion Period shall only be considered “fresh funds” if they are transferred from another bank or financial institution.

    3.3 Customers whose accounts are suspended, cancelled, or terminated during the Promotion Period or at the time of prize draw or disbursement will be disqualified.

    3.4 Eligible Customers are not required to be Royal Skies members at the time of deposit but must be registered members before the prize disbursement date to remain eligible.

    3.5 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are not eligible for this Promotion.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 Eligible Customers who place fresh funds into a 12-month Brunei Dollar Fixed Deposit during the Promotion Period will earn draw chances as follows:

    a) Base entry chance – One (1) entry chance will be awarded for each qualifying placement of a minimum of BND1,000 in fresh funds into a 12-month Brunei Dollar Fixed Deposit, regardless of the deposit amount.

    b) Bonus chances – In addition to the base entry chance, five (5) bonus chances will be awarded for every BND5,000 in fresh funds placed into a 12-month Brunei Dollar Fixed Deposit during the Promotion Period. Bonus chances are calculated on a per-placement basis and are cumulative.

    4.2 Draw chances are calculated per placement. Examples are shown below:

    4.3 Draw chances earned under a joint account will be treated as a single entry under the joint account and will not be split or combined with individual accounts of the joint accountholders.

    5. Lucky Draw

    5.1. A total of twenty-four (24) winners will be selected across three (3) draws: two (2) Monthly Draws (October and November 2025) and one (1) Grand Draw (December 2025).

    5.2. Cancellation or upliftment of the Fixed Deposit during the Promotion Period will result in the forfeiture of all draw chances earned from that deposit, and the customer will not qualify for the Monthly or Grand Draws. Customers who uplift their Fixed Deposit before the respective draw date will be disqualified from that draw.

    5.3. Monthly Draw

    5.3.1. Six (6) winners will be selected from each of the following Qualifying Periods:

    5.3.2. The draws will be conducted using a computerised random system on the specified draw dates or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its sole discretion without prior notice.

    5.3.3. Winners of the Monthly Draw are entitled to receive the following prizes:

    5.3.4. Winners will be contacted via their registered phone number(s) within one (1) week after each Draw Date.

    5.3.5. Winners from the October Draw are not eligible for the November Draw or vice versa, but they remain eligible for the Grand Draw.

    5.4. Grand Draw

    5.4.1. Twelve (12) winners will be selected from the following Qualifying Period:

    5.4.4. Winners will be contacted via their registered phone number(s) within one (1) week after the Draw Date to attend the prize presentation event.

    5.5. If a winner is unable to attend in person, their authorised representative must present an original duly signed authorisation letter from the winner, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card at the point of collection.

    5.6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and services, products or privileges, or other kind in full or in part and are not refundable or replaceable.

    5.7. Royal Skies miles will be credited within three (3) weeks after the Promotion Period.

    5.8. Royal Skies Miles are subject to the Royal Skies Programme terms and conditions available at www.flyRB.com.

    5.9. The Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace disqualified or ineligible winners.

    5.10. By participating in this Promotion, winners consent to the Bank using their name and photograph for publicity purposes related to this Promotion, including marketing activities in print, digital, and social media, for a reasonable period determined by the Bank.

    6. General

    6.1. This Promotion is governed and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    6.2. The Bank may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Promotion or vary any of the Terms of this Promotion.

    6.3. The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Promotion. Its determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive, and no correspondence will be entertained.

    6.4. This Promotion is not valid with other offers, privileges, or promotion unless stated otherwise.

    6.5. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by the organisers, promoters, or conductors of this Promotion, as well as by other third parties, for purposes related to this Promotion, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Customers confirm that they have read and agree to the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented, or substituted by the Bank from time to time, a copy of which is available at www.baiduri.com.

    6.6. In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms and any promotional materials relating to this Promotion, the Terms shall prevail.

    6.7. The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
