    Your next upgrade with exclusive rewards (this “Offer”) Terms and Conditions:

    1. Term

    1.1 This Offer is valid from 26 September 2025 to 5 October 2025 (both dates inclusive), or until the quota of the first 30 Eligible Cardholders per Merchant has been reached, whichever occurs earlier, or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    2. Eligibility

    2.1 This Offer is only applicable at participating merchants (the “Merchant”) below:
     
    • AV Electronics (The Mall Gadong 1st Floor, The Mall Gadong 2nd Floor, Kuala Belait, Kiulap branch)
    • 99 Mobile (Times Square, The Mall, Gadong branch)
    • Digital World (Menglait branch)
    • Imagine Sdn Bhd (Arrival Hall, Brunei International Airport branch)

    2.2 For the purpose of this Offer, only the following Cards by Baiduri Bank are eligible (the “Eligible Card”):
     
    • Baiduri Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card
    • Baiduri Prestige Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Executive Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank

    2.3 Eligible Cards must be in good standing as determined by the Bank. If the Eligible Cards are suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).
     
    3. Offers

    3.1 This Offer applies to transactions made by cardholders using any Eligible Card issued by the Bank (“Eligible Cardholders”).

    3.2 The first 30 Eligible Cardholders who purchase any device from the iPhone 17 series per Merchant will be entitled to a BND100 cash rebate and complimentary items.

    3.3 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to zero processing fee for conversion made to 6, 12 or 24 months Instalment Plan.

    3.4 Imagine Sdn Bhd rewards for a cash rebate of BND100 limited to the first 30 Eligible Cardholders who subscribe to Imagine’s bundled plans with the iPhone 17 or make a direct purchase. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

    3.5 Full payment on the device must be charged in a single receipt to an Eligible Card for Offer to apply.

    4. General

    4.1 This Offer is governed by the terms and conditions of the Bank, its affiliates, service providers, and any third parties involved in organising or managing this Offer, as well as any other applicable documents.

    4.2 The Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend this Offer or vary the Terms, at their sole discretion without prior notice.

    4.3 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with this Offer. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and binding.

    4.4 By participating in this Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by the Bank, its affiliates, service providers, and any third parties involved in organising or managing this Offer, for purposes related to this Offer, in accordance with the Bank’s Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agreed to be bound by the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time. A copy of the policy is available at www.baiduri.com.

    4.5 In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and any promotional materials related to this Offer, the Terms shall prevail.

    4.6 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
