1. Term
1.1 “Level up your snack game” (the “Offer”) is organised by Heritage Bakwa (the “Merchant”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2. Offer Period
2.1 The Offer is valid from 28 January to 30 April 2026 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Merchant at their absolute discretion (the “Offer Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Offer is only applicable at the outlets listed below:
- Heritage Bakwa booth at 32nd Consumer Fair, International Convention Centre from 28 January to 1 February 2026
- Heritage Bakwa Storefront, Menglait from 28 January to 30 April 2026
3.2 The Offer is open to both new and existing customers of the Bank who hold the following Baiduri Bank Credit or Debit Cards (“Eligible Cards”). These customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

3.3 The Eligible Card account must be in good standing as determined by the Bank. If the Eligible Card is suspended, cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer (not withstanding that other cards they hold may not have been suspended, cancelled or terminated).
3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad, and the Merchant are eligible for the Offer.
4. Offer Mechanics
4.1 Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to a 10% discount on Chili Lime Chicken Bakwa during the Offer Period when they make payment using an Eligible Card at participating outlets of the Merchant via Baiduri point-of-sale (“POS”) with no minimum spend requirement.
5. General
5.1 This Offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges.
5.2 This Offer is also subject to the Bank and the Merchant’s terms and conditions relating on the related products and any other applicable documents.
5.3 The Bank makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the Merchant’s goods and services. Any disputes in relation to this Offer are to be directed solely to the Merchant.
5.4 The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or vary any of these Terms at their sole discretion without prior notice.
5.5 The decision by the Bank and the Merchant on all matters relating to the Offer is final, binding, conclusive and no correspondences will be entertained.
5.6 In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and any promotional materials related to the Offer, the Terms shall prevail.
5.7 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
