    1. Term
    1.1 Tap into the festive spirit (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Offer Period
    2.1 This Offer is valid from 1 February 2026 to 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its absolute discretion (the “Offer Period”), subject to the specific qualifying periods applicable to the Weekly Bill Wipe-Out Lucky Draw and the Grand Lucky Draw as set out in Clauses 4 and 5 respectively.

    3. Eligibility
    3.1 This Offer is only applicable at the following Hua Ho Department Store (“the Merchant”) outlets (“Participating Merchant Outlet”):

    • Hua Ho Tutong
    • Hua Ho Salar
    • Hua Ho Mulaut

    3.2 This Offer is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (“Eligible Cards”). Such customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

    3.3 To remain eligible throughout the Offer Period, the Eligible Card must be valid, active, and in good standing, as determined by the Bank. Cards that are cancelled, suspended or terminated during the Offer Period will not qualify.

    3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad and the Merchant are not eligible to participate in the Offer.

    4. Weekly Bill Wipe-Out Lucky Draw
    4.1 Twenty (20) winners per week will be selected to win a bill wipe-out equivalent to the value of the qualifying receipt, capped at BND100, with a minimum spending of BND100 in a single receipt at Participating Merchant Outlets.

    4.2 Winners are eligible to win the bill wipe-out once during the Offer Period. Eligible transactions for the Weekly Bill Wipe-Out Lucky Draw are limited to transactions made from 1 February 2026 to 29 March 2026, in accordance with the qualifying transaction periods set out below:

    4.3 Eligible Cardholders who win in the Weekly Bill Wipe-Out Lucky Draw are not eligible to win in subsequent Weekly Bill Wipe-Out Lucky Draws but will remain eligible to participate in the Grand Lucky Draw.

    4.4 The bill wipe-out will be credited to each winner’s card account within three (3) weeks from the end of the Offer Period.

    4.5 The bill wipe-out is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and services, products or privileges, in whole or in part, and is not refundable or replaceable.

    4.6 Winners will be notified via SMS to their registered mobile number based on the Bank’s records within two (2) weeks from the end of the Offer Period.

    5. Grand Lucky Draw
    5.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance with a minimum spend of BND50 in a single receipt per day at Participating Merchant Outlets. Eligible transactions for the Grand Lucky Draw are transactions made during the Offer Period, and chances are accumulated based on eligible transactions per day.

    E.g. If a customer spends BND100 on Day 1 and another BND100 on Day 2, they will receive two (2) chances in the Grand Lucky Draw

    5.2 Eligible Customers that have already won in the Weekly Bill Wipe-Out Lucky Draw may still qualify for the Grand Lucky Draw.

    5.3 Grand Lucky Draw prizes (the “Prizes”) are as follows:

    5.4 Lucky draw chances earned from spending on Supplementary Credit Cards will be reflected under the Principal Card accounts.

    5.5The draw will be conducted using an electronic system on such date as the Bank may determine at its discretion.

    5.6 The Bank reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner who is subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified.

    5.7 Winners will be contacted via their registered mobile and phone number(s) within one (1) week after the Draw Date to attend the prize presentation event.

    5.8 Where a winner is unable to attend in person, an authorised representative may collect the prize upon presentation of an original signed authorisation letter, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card.

    5.9 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, services, products or privileges, in whole or in part, and are not refundable or replaceable.

    5.10 The Bank reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.

    5.11 The Bank shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the redemption or use of any prize.


    6 General
    6.1 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions and other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

    6.2 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Offer, or vary any of these Terms, at any time and without prior notice.


    6.3 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Offer shall be final and conclusive.

    6.4 By participating in the Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Offer, including winner selection and public announcement of winners, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the policy is available at www.baiduri.com.

    6.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials related to this Offer, these Terms shall prevail.

    6.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. For assistance, contact us at [email protected] or call 2268 637/8/9 during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
