    1. Term

    1.1 “Your next destination awaits” (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Offer Period

    2.1 This Offer is valid from 2 May 2026 to 3 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Offer is valid only at the Pan Bright Travel Fair held at Onecity Shopping Centre (the “Event Venue”).

    3.2 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are not eligible to participate in this Offer.

    4. Offer Mechanics

    For the avoidance of doubt, Bonus Miles Eligible Cardholders, Zero Processing Fee Eligible Cardholders, and Instant Prize Eligible Cardholders are collectively referred to herein as “Eligible Cardholders”, unless otherwise stated. Eligibility for any benefit shall be determined strictly in accordance with the applicable offer mechanics set out under each respective clause.

    4.1 Bonus Miles

    4.1.1 This Offer is applicable only to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (the “Eligible Cards”). Such customers are referred to as (“Bonus Miles Eligible Cardholders”).

    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank

    4.1.2 This Offer is applicable only when payment is made at the Event Venue via Baiduri point-of-sale (“POS”) terminal with no minimum spend requirement.

    4.1.3 To qualify, the Eligible Card must remain valid, active, and in good standing
    throughout the Offer Period. Cards that are cancelled, suspended or terminated the Offer Period will not qualify.

    4.1.4 Bonus Miles Eligible Cardholders can earn Royal Skies Miles (“RSM”) at twice the usual earn rate on all eligible purchases made during the Offer Period. This means Bonus Miles Eligible Cardholders will receive their regular RSM plus bonus miles of the same amount, resulting in a total of two (2) times the normal miles earned per purchase.

    4.1.5 Bonus miles earned are up to 3,000 RSM per Bonus Miles Eligible Cardholder during the Offer Period, regardless of the number of Eligible Cards held.

    4.1.6 For the avoidance of doubt, the total RSM earned during the Offer Period consists of:
    • Base miles earned at the Eligible Card’s normal earn rate; and
    • Bonus miles equivalent to the base miles earned, capped at 3,000 RSM

    4.1.7 Illustrative examples:

    4.1.8 Base miles and bonus miles earned will be credited separately.

    4.1.9 To benefit from this Offer, Bonus Miles Eligible Cardholders must have an active Royal Skies membership account with Royal Brunei Airlines Sendirian Berhad (“Royal Brunei”). Cardholders who do not have a Royal Skies membership account must open one before bonus miles are credited in order to receive the bonus miles.

    4.1.10 Bonus miles and base miles earned from supplementary card spending will be credited to principal cardholder’s Royal Skies membership account.

    4.1.11 The RSM will be credited to the Royal Skies membership account within one (1) month after the end of the Offer Period and subject to the Royal Skies Programme terms and conditions available at www.flyRB.com

    4.2 Zero processing fee

    4.2.1 This Offer is applicable only to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold a Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card or Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card (the “Eligible Cards”). Such customers are referred to as (“Zero Processing Fee Eligible Cardholders”).

    4.2.2 To qualify, the Eligible Card must remain valid, active, and in good standing
    throughout the Offer Period. Cards that are cancelled, suspended or terminated the Offer Period will not qualify

    4.2.3 Zero Processing Fee Eligible Cardholders can enjoy zero processing fee on purchases converted into 6- or 12-months instalments under the Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan.

    4.2.4 The Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan Terms and Conditions apply. Details are available on the Bank’s website.

    4.3 Instant prize

    4.3.1 This Offer is applicable only to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following credit cards (the “Eligible Cards”). Such customers are referred to as (“Instant Prize Eligible Cardholders”).

    • Baiduri Visa Classic Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card

    • Baiduri Smart Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank

    4.3.2 Instant Prize Eligible Cardholders who spend a minimum of BND1,000 in a single receipt will be entitled to redeem an instant prize.

    4.3.3 Instant Prize Eligible Cardholders are limited to one (1) prize throughout the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of Eligible Cards held or number of qualifying transactions.

    4.3.4 Redemption is limited to the first twenty-five (25) Instant Prize Eligible Cardholders per day.

    4.3.5 Splitting and/or combining of transactions to meet the minimum spend requirement is not allowed.

    4.3.6 Instant Prize Eligible Cardholders must present valid identification, their Eligible Card, and the payment receipt to Bank staff present at the Event Venue.

    4.3.7 Instant Prize Eligible Cardholders will be entitled to redeem the following prizes, while stocks last. Prizes will be allocated at the Bank’s discretion and are not exchangeable for cash or other items:
    • BND100 lifestyle voucher
    • Kodak Charmera
    • Apple AirTag
    • Laifen hair dryer
    • Stanley mug

    5. General

    5.1 This Offer is subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions related to the products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

    5.2 The Bank makes no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any prize provided under this Offer. Any dispute or claim in relation to the prizes shall be resolved by the relevant prize supplier or manufacturer, and the Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of the prizes.

    5.3 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, vary, or terminate the Offer or any of these Terms, for valid reasons, at any time with reasonable notice.

    5.4 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.
     
    5.5 By participating in this Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Offer, including verification of eligibility, prize redemption and record-keeping, in accordance with the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the privacy notice is available at www.baiduri.com.

    5.6 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising and promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

    5.7 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. For assistance, contact us at [email protected] or call 2268 637/8/9 during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
