    Level up your life plan Terms and Conditions

    1. Term

    1.1 “Level up your life plan” (the “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1 This Promotion is valid from 9 January 2026 until 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 The Promotion is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who meet all of the following conditions (“Eligible Customers”):

    (a) Apply for an eligible Bancassurance product that is underwritten by AIA Singapore Private Limited (Brunei Branch) (“AIA”) or The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited (“Great Eastern”) (collectively referred to as “Eligible Bancassurance Product”) via the Bank during the Promotion Period;

    (b) Select an Eligible Bancassurance Product with either a single premium payment or a regular premium payment term of at least five (5) years or ten (10) years;

    (c) Submit the application with premium payment within the Promotion Period; and

    (d) Receive confirmation that the policy has been successfully issued, evidenced by the issuance of the policy book by AIA or Great Eastern, during the Promotion Period.

    3.2 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are eligible to participate in this Promotion.

    3.3 For the purpose of this Promotion, an Eligible Bancassurance Product refers to any of the following products offered by AIA or Great Eastern through the Bank:

    3.4 This Promotion is not applicable to standalone insurance plans.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 Eligible Customers are entitled to travel, shopping, or lifestyle vouchers, or Bank merchandise (the “Reward”) based on the premium mode, amount, and payment duration, as outlined below:

    4.2 Where the premium amount is below the minimum qualifying threshold, the Reward will be Baiduri merchandise in place of vouchers.

    4.3 The Bank will contact Eligible Customers via their registered phone number(s) with the Bank with instructions on how to redeem the Reward. Rewards will be processed and made available for redemption within six (6) months from the date the Eligible Customer’s policy is successfully issued, unless otherwise notified by the Bank.

    4.4 Eligible Customers are entitled to one (1) Reward for each qualifying policy purchased during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Customer will not be allowed to redeem multiple vouchers by splitting a policy purchased for the same life assured into multiple policies.

    4.5 Multiple Eligible Bancassurance Products purchased by the same Eligible Customer with the same insurer and within the same premium payment term category may be aggregated to qualify for a higher reward tier, based on the total premium amount.

    4.6 Rewards in the form of vouchers will be issued for use at designated merchants, as determined by the Bank. Voucher selection is subject to availability and may be substituted with an alternative of equivalent value at the Bank’s discretion. Vouchers are valid only for purchases at the designated merchants and are subject to the validity period and the terms and conditions of the respective merchants. The Bank is not an agent of the merchants and makes no representation or warranty as to the quality of goods or services provided. Any disputes regarding the vouchers or the goods and services purchased using them must be resolved directly with the merchants.

    4.7 Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.

    4.8 The Bank reserves the right to rescind the full value of the Reward (excluding Baiduri merchandise) if the policy is cancelled by the Eligible Customer within the first policy year from the policy effective date. By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Customer expressly authorises the Bank to recover the equivalent value of the Reward by debiting the Eligible Customer’s account or by such other lawful means as the Bank may determine.

    4.9 For single premium or whole-payment policies, only the first-year premium amount shall be considered for the purpose of reward qualification.

    5. General

    5.1 This Promotion is governed by the Bank’s standard terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    5.2 The Eligible Bancassurance Products are underwritten by AIA or Great Eastern. The Bank distributes these products and is not responsible for the underwriting, claims, benefits, or fulfilment of the insurance policies. All applications are subject to the insurers’ underwriting assessment, and acceptance and issuance of the policy are at the sole discretion of the respective insurer.

    5.3 The Bank reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion or vary the Terms.

    5.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.

    5.5 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by the Bank and third-party service providers for the sole purpose of administering and fulfilling this Promotion in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Customers confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the Group Privacy Policy is available at www.baiduri.com.

    5.6 In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and any promotional materials related to the Promotion, the Terms shall prevail.

    5.7 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. For assistance, contact us at [email protected] or call 2268 637/8/9 during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
