    Pan Bright Travel Service 10th Travel and Win Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1. Terms

    1.1 The Pan Bright Travel Service 10th Travel and Win Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and Pan Bright Travel Service Sdn Bhd (the “Merchant”), and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1 This Promotion is valid from 2 May 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank and/or the Merchant at their discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Promotion is only applicable at the following outlets (the “Participating Outlets”):
    • Pan Bright Travel, BSB Office
    • Pan Bright Travel, Kuala Belait Office

    3.2 This Promotion is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following Baiduri Credit and Debit Cards (the “Eligible Cards”) during the Promotion Period.

    Debit Cards
    • Baiduri Mastercard Prestige World Debit Card
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Mastercard Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Debit Card
    • Baiduri UnionPay Debit Card

    Customers holding any of the Eligible Cards are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

    3.3 To remain eligible throughout the Promotion Period, the Eligible Card must remain valid, active, and in good standing, as determined by the Bank. Eligible Cards that are cancelled, suspended, or terminated during the Promotion Period will be deemed automatically disqualified from participating in the Promotion.

    3.4 Full payment must be charged in a single transaction to a valid Eligible Card for this Promotion to apply.

    3.5 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad, and the Merchant are not eligible for the Promotion.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 Eligible Cardholders who make payment using an Eligible Card at any of the Participating Outlets will receive two (2) entries into the lucky draw for each eligible transaction.

    4.2 There is no minimum payment requirement per transaction to qualify for entry into the lucky draw.

    4.3 Eligible Cardholders are subject to these Terms as well as the terms and conditions set by the Merchant for The Pan Bright Travel Service 10th Travel and Win Promotion. The Merchant’s terms shall be made available upon request or at the Participating Outlets.

    4.4 The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.

    4.5 Any dispute in relation to the Merchant’s services shall be directed to the Merchant. Disputes relating to third-party prizes shall be resolved directly with the respective supplier or manufacturer.

    4.6 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the public disclosure of their names for promotional purposes, including winner announcement, in accordance with the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice.

    4.7 The lucky draw will be conducted within a reasonable period after the end of the Promotion Period, on a date to be determined by the Merchant. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries via a manual stub-drawing process conducted by the Merchant and will be notified directly by the Merchant.


    5. General

    5.1 This Promotion is subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions governing the related products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

    5.2 The Bank makes no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any prize provided under this Promotion. Any dispute or claim in relation to the prizes shall be resolved by the relevant prize supplier or manufacturer, and the Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of the prizes.

    5.3 The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend, suspend, vary, or terminate the Promotion or any of these Terms, for valid reasons, at any time with reasonable notice.

    5.4 The Bank and the Merchant’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive.

    5.5 By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Promotion, including verification of eligibility, prize redemption and recordkeeping, in accordance with the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the privacy notice is available at www.baiduri.com.

    5.6 In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms and any advertising and promotional materials related to this Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.

    5.7 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. For assistance, contact us at [email protected] or call 2268 637/8/9 during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
