    “Travel and Win” lucky draw 9th edition by Pan Bright Travel Service (this “Offer”) terms and conditions

    1. Term


    1.1 This Offer is valid from 3 May 2025 to 31 December 2025, (both dates inclusive) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank” ) at its absolute discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    2. Eligibility

    2.1 This Offer is only applicable at participating outlets of Pan Bright Travel Service Sdn Bhd (the “Merchant”) below:
     
    • Pan Bright Travel Service, Bandar Seri Begawan
    • Pan Bright Travel Service, Kuala Belait
    • Pan Bright Annual Travel Fair, Onecity Shopping Centre from 3 May to 4 May 2025
    • Sabre Brunei Travel Fair (to be held later this year).
     
    2.2 This Offer is applicable to all Baiduri Credit and Debit Cardholders during the Offer Period (the “Eligible Cardholders”).

    2.3 Card account must be in good standing as determined by the Bank. If the Card is suspended, cancelled, or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have been suspended, cancelled, or terminated).

    2.4 Staff members of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad and Pan Bright Travel Service are not eligible for the lucky draw (clause 3), but are eligible for the rebate offer (clause 4).

    3. “Travel and win” 9th edition lucky draw

    3.1 Eligible Cardholders who spend on air tickets or travel packages in a single receipt on an Eligible Card at the Merchant will be entitled to lucky draw form(s) upon payment.
     
    3.2 Eligible Cardholders will earn lucky draw form(s) for each transaction as below:

    3.3 No minimum spend per transaction is required for Eligible Cardholders to be entitled to lucky draw form(s).

    3.4 Full payment must be charged in a single receipt to a valid Baiduri Credit or Debit Card for this Offer to apply.

    4. Rebate Offer

    4.1 This Offer is only applicable at the Pan Bright Annual Travel Fair (the “Event Venue”) at Onecity Shopping Centre from 3 May to 4 May 2025.

    4.2 This Offer is only applicable to cardholders of Royal Brunei Visa Credit and Debit Cards by Baiduri Bank (“Eligible RB Visa Cardholders”):

    1.  Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    2. Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    3. Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank

    4.3 Eligible RB Visa Cardholders who spend at the Event Venue during the Offer Period will be entitled to BND30 rebate.

    4.4 The rebate is limited to the first 25 Eligible RB Visa Cardholders per day. No minimum spend per transaction is required and advanced booking is not allowed.

    4.5 Eligible RB Visa Cardholders can only redeem the rebate offer once throughout the Offer Period.

    4.6 Eligible RB Visa Cardholders must present their valid Royal Brunei Visa Card by Baiduri Bank, card receipt and air ticket to the Baiduri Bank staff present at the Event Venue.

    4.7 The rebate will be credited into Eligible RB Visa Cardholders’ card account within three (3) weeks from the end of the Offer Period.

    4.8 The rebate is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and services, products or privileges or other kind in full or in part and is not refundable or replaceable.

    5. General

    5.1 By participating in this Offer, you are deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    5.2 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

    5.3 The Bank and the Merchant may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Offer or vary any of the Terms of this Offer.

    5.4 The decision by the Bank and the Merchant on all matters relating to the Offer is final, binding, conclusive and no correspondences will be entertained.

19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required.
