    Singapore Food Festival 2025 (the “Offer”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)

    1. Term
    1.1 Participation in this Offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms.

    1.2 The Offer is valid from 12 June to 29 June 2025 (the “Offer Period”), both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and Royal Brunei Catering (the “Merchant”) at its absolute discretion.
    2. Eligibility
    2.1 This Offer is only applicable at the Anjung Saujana Restaurant, Brunei International Airport (the “Participating Outlet”).

    2.2 This Offer is applicable to all Baiduri Credit Card, Baiduri Debit Card and Baiduri QPay during the Offer Period (the “Eligible Cardholders”).

    2.3 The card account must be valid, in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner at all times, as determined by the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion. If the card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the cardholder for any reason, the cardholder will be disqualified from this Offer (notwithstanding that the cardholder’s other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).

    2.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are eligible to participate in this Offer.

    3. Offer
    3.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to these dining discounts during the Offer Period with a minimum spend of BND30 in a single receipt:

    3.2 Eligible Cardholders are also entitled to a chance in the lucky draw when making payments at the Participating Outlet.

    3.3 Full payment must be charged in a single receipt to a valid Baiduri Credit or Debit Card for this Offer to apply.

    3.4 Each Eligible Cardholder is entitled to only one (1) discount per day, which is capped at BND50. If an Eligible Cardholder makes multiple transactions that fulfil the criteria specified above, they will receive the discount for the first eligible transaction made.

    3.5 The Offer is only applicable for ala carte dining and dinner buffet.
    4. General
    4.1 This Offer is not valid with other ongoing discounts, promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges.

    4.2 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank and the Merchant’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other applicable documents.

    4.3 The Bank makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the Merchant’s goods and services. Any disputes in relation to this Offer are to be directed solely to the Merchant.

    4.4 The decision by the Bank and the Merchant on all matters relating to the Offer is final, binding, conclusive and no correspondences will be entertained.

    4.5 Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Offer and such other third parties for the purpose of this Offer, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.baiduri.com.

19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
