    Baiduri Bank x Samima Pesta Buku Brunei Promotion Terms and Conditions

    1. Term

    1.1 Baiduri Bank x Samima Pesta Buku Brunei Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and Samima Sdn Bhd (the “Merchant”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms").

    1.2 Participation in this Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Promotion Period

    2.1 This Promotion is valid from 22 August to 31 August 2025, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Promotion is applicable at Samima Booth at Pesta Buku Brunei, ICC.

    3.2 This Promotion is applicable to all Baiduri Credit and Debit Cards listed below (the “Eligible Cardholders”):

    • Baiduri Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card
    • Baiduri Prestige Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Executive Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Baiduri Mastercard Prestige World Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Executive MasterCard Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Debit Card
    • Baiduri UnionPay Debit Card
    • Baiduri Supa Save Visa Debit Card

    3.3 Customers whose accounts are suspended, cancelled, or terminated for any reason during the Promotion Period will be disqualified from this Promotion.

    3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad, and Samima Sdn Bhd are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry upon a minimum purchase of BND20 and above in a single receipt at the Samima Booth, Pesta Buku Brunei, ICC, during the Promotion Period.

    4.2 The lucky draw prizes (the “Prize”) for the Promotion are as follows:
    1st Prize

    BND300 Samima Voucher

    2nd Prize

    BND200 Samima Voucher

    3rd Prize

    BND100 Samima Voucher

    Consolation Prizes

    BND50 Samima Voucher (For 5 lucky winners)


    4.3 Baiduri Credit Cardholders are entitled to processing fee waiver for 0% Instalment Plan conversions of 6 months or 12 months during the Promotion Period.

    4.4 The 0% Instalment Plan is subject to its applicable Terms and Conditions.

    4.5. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the public disclosure of their names for promotional purposes, including winner announcements, in accordance with Clause 5.6 below.

    4.6 Winners are selected at random by a computer-generated draw and will be announced on the Bank’s official Instagram account (@baiduribank) within the following month after the Promotion Period.

    4.7 The Prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and services, products or privileges in full or in part.

    5. General

    5.1 This Promotion is not valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges.

    5.2 This Promotion is governed by and subject to the Bank and the Merchant’s Terms and Conditions on the related products and any other applicable documents.

    5.3 The Bank makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the Merchant’s goods and services. Any disputes in relation to this Promotion are to be directed solely to the Merchant.

    5.4 The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or liability.

    5.5 All decisions made by the Bank and the Merchant in relation to this Promotion are final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained.

    5.6 By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Promotion and such other third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion, including (where applicable) the public disclosure of winner’s names on the Bank’s official Instagram account, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.baiduri.com.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
