1. Term

1.1 By participating in this Offer, you are deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

2. Offer period

2.1 This Offer is valid from 7 May 2025 to 1 June 2025, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (“the Bank”) at its sole discretion (the “Offer Period”).

2.2 This Offer is applicable exclusively for in-store purchases at Lili Lingerie, located at Unit 3, Blk A, Qlap Kompleks, Kg Kiulap, BE1518, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam (the “Merchant”).

3. Eligibility

3.1 This Offer is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (each referred to as an “Eligible Card”):

• Baiduri Smart Executive Visa Platinum Credit Card
• Baiduri Smart Executive Mastercard Platinum Debit Card

3.2 Holders of an Eligible Card are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

3.3 To qualify, the card account must be valid and in good standing as determined by the Bank. If any Eligible Card is suspended, cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder, that card will no longer qualify for this Offer.

3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are also eligible for this Offer.

4. The Offer

4.1 Eligible Cardholders will receive a 15% discount on a minimum spend of BND100 in a single transaction at the Merchant during the Offer Period.

4.2 Full payment must be made in a single transaction and charged to one valid Eligible Card to qualify for the discount. Split or partial payments across multiple cards are not permitted.

5. General

5.1 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

5.2 The Bank makes no warranty or representation to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the Merchant’s goods and services. Any disputes in relation to purchased items are to be directed solely to the Merchant.

5.3 This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or special rates unless otherwise stated.

5.4 The Bank and the Merchant may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Offer or vary any of the Terms of this Offer.

5.5 The decision by the Bank and the Merchant on all matters relating to this Offer is final, binding, conclusive and no correspondences will be entertained.
