    1. Term

    1.1 The Shop and win rewards (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

    1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Offer Period

    2.1 This Offer is valid from 6 March 2026 to 31 May 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

    3. Eligibility

    3.1 The Offer is valid only at the following SKH Group outlets (“Participating Outlets”):
    • SKH Annajat
    • SKH Airport Mall
    • SKH Kiulap
    • SKH Manggis
    • SKH Promenade, Sg Hanching
    • SKH Sengkurong
    • SKH Tutong

    3.2 This Offer is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold any of the following cards (“Eligible Cards”). Such customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

    3.2 To qualify, the Eligible Card must remain valid, active, and in good standing throughout the Offer Period. Cards that are cancelled, suspended or terminated during the Offer Period will not qualify.

    3.3 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad and SKH Group are not eligible to participate in the Offer.

    4. Promotion Mechanics

    4.1 Eligible Cardholders will receive one (1) lucky draw chance per day when they make at least one qualifying retail transaction of BND50 or more in a single receipt at Participating Outlets during the Offer Period.

    4.2 Multiple receipts within the same day will still count as one (1) chance only.

    4.3 Any lucky draw chance arising from the use of a supplementary card will be attributed to the principal cardholder.

    5. Monthly Draws (March and April only)

    5.1 Twenty (20) winners will be selected across two (2) monthly draws.

    The draws will be conducted at random on the stated draw dates. The Bank may change the draw date where reasonably necessary.

    5.4 A winner of a Monthly Draw will not be eligible to win another Monthly Draw but will remain eligible for the Grand Draw.

    5.5 Transactions made from 1 May 2026 to 31 May 2026 will not be eligible for the Monthly Draws but will qualify for the Grand Draw only.

    6. Grand Draw
    6.1 Five (5) winners will be selected from all eligible transactions during the entire Offer Period.

    6.2 The draw will be conducted at random within fourteen (14) calendar days after the end of the Offer Period.


    6.3 Winners will receive one of the following prizes:

    6.4 Monthly Draw Winners remain eligible for the Grand Draw.

    7. Prize Presentation

    7.1 Winners will be notified via their registered contact details.

    7.2 A representative may collect the prize upon presentation of an authorisation letter, a signed and dated copy of the winner’s identity card, and the authorised representative’s original identity card.

    7.3 The Bank may draw reserve winners to replace any winner who is disqualified, uncontactable, or unable to claim the prize.

    7.4 . Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, services, products or privileges, in whole or in part, and are not refundable or replaceable. The vouchers may be used to redeem goods or services subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Participating Merchant.

    7.7 The Bank reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice.

    7.8 The Bank shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the redemption or use of any prize.

    7.9 By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Cardholders consent to the publication of their names for promotional purposes, including winner announcements, in accordance with Clause 8.4 below.

    8. General

    8.1 This Offer is subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions related to the products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

    8.2 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Offer, or vary any of these Terms, for valid reasons, at any time with reasonable notice.
    8.3 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to the Offer shall be final and conclusive.

    8.4 By participating in the Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Offer, including winner selection and public announcement of winners, in accordance with the Bank’s prevailing privacy notice.Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Bank’s prevailing privacy notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. A copy of the privacy notice is available at www.baiduri.com.

    8.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

    8.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
