    Together we move Terms and Conditions

    1. Term

    1.1 Together we move (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and Jab gym (the “Merchant”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms").

    1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.


    2. Offer Period

    2.1 This Offer is valid from 15 September to 4 October 2025, both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion (the “Offer Period”).


    3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Offer is only applicable at Jab gym’s physical location, located at 4th Floor, Pavo Point, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.

    3.2 This Offer is applicable to all Baiduri Credit and Debit Cards listed below (the “Eligible Cardholders”):

    • Baiduri Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
    • Baiduri Mastercard Standard Credit Card
    • Baiduri Prestige Visa Infinite Credit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Executive Visa Platinum Credit Card
    • Royal Brunei Visa Infinite Credit Card by Baiduri Ban
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Credit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Royal Brunei Visa Platinum Debit Card by Baiduri Bank
    • Baiduri Mastercard Prestige World Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Smart Executive MasterCard Platinum Debit Card
    • Baiduri Visa Classic Debit Card
    • Baiduri UnionPay Debit Card
    • Baiduri Supa Save Visa Debit Card

    3.3 Customers whose accounts are suspended, cancelled, or terminated for any reason during the Offer Period will be disqualified from this Offer.

    3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are eligible to participate in this Offer.


    4. Offer

    4.1 Registration fee is BND22.50 per person.

    4.2 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to these offers when paying the registration fees for the Together We Move relay challenge using their Baiduri Credit or Debit Card:

    • Free registration for Baiduri Smart Executive Credit and Debit Cardholders.
    • 10% discount on registration fee with a Baiduri Smart Executive or Debit Card for team members.
    • 5% discount on registration fee with other Baiduri Credit or Debit Cards.


    5. General

    5.1 This Offer is not valid with other ongoing discounts, promotions, offers, vouchers, packages, rebates or privileges.

    5.2 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank and the Merchant’s Terms and Conditions on the related products and any other applicable documents.

    5.3 The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice or liability.

    5.4 The Bank reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Offer. All decisions made by the Bank and the Merchant in relation to this Offer are final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained.

    5.5 Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Offer and such other third parties for the purpose of this Offer, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.baiduri.com.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
