1. Term
1.1 This Offer is valid from 28 May 2025 to 2 June 2025, (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as may be determined by Arrowtech Sports (the “Merchant”) at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 This Offer is only applicable at Sports Nation Flash Sale, Indera Samudra Grand Hall, The Empire Brunei (the “Event Venue”)

2.2 This Offer is applicable to all Baiduri Credit and Debit Cardholders during the Offer Period (the “Eligible Cardholders”).

2.3 Card account must be in good standing as determined by the Bank. If the Card is suspended, cancelled, or terminated by the Bank or the Cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the Cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer (notwithstanding that his/her other cards may not have been suspended, cancelled, or terminated).

3. Offer
3.1 Eligible Cardholders will enjoy an additional 5% off all items during the Offer Period.

3.2 Full payment must be charged in a single receipt to an Eligible Card for Offer to apply.

4. General
4.1 By participating in this Offer, you are deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

4.2 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other documents forming the banking agreement.

4.3 The Bank and the Merchant may, at any time and without prior notice or liability to any party, suspend or terminate this Offer or vary any of the Terms of this Offer.

4.4 The decision by the Bank and the Merchant on all matters relating to the Offer is final, binding, conclusive and no correspondences will be entertained.
